Best Western East Towne Suites

Comfortable bed, nice pool/hot tub, nice breakfast

Was spacious room & quiet. Close to everything and staff super nice at check in and check out. Beds were very comfortable.

Good service @ check-in & out. Room on 1st floor was quiet. Close parking if one doesn't mind being in back of bldg / a rear entrance is close by Best feature was hot-tub, it's size-able & runs continuously / no need to exit to turn it back on. It wasn't crowded on Sun nite. However a noisy family descended on pool area with minor children who weren't watched closely by parents. Saw one child 3-4 yrs old leaning into hot/tub as I was leaving / he could have fallen in, where were his parents ?!? These people are type to blame the hotel if one of their kids gets injured because of their own negligence. Pool area should have surveillance camera in pool area / might be one / didn't see it. Breakfast choices were limited / not to my liking, no pastries & few muffins, they did stay open until 10 AM on weekend. Overall a great stay. I will return on my next visit to Madison

Parts of the hotel have fresh paint and carpet, but most of it needs a lot of TLC. It's poorly maintained. The breakfast room was dirty. They only had 1 person there to clean, refill and maintain the room. He was not able to keep up. They should have more help. It was gross. The staff were friendly though. We did not use the pool.
