The property is close to public transport Which was handy and nice The only real issues was the bed bugs OMG. My poor lady was eaten alive.. She has bites all over, the manger was great in offering cream and bug sprays and he even gave us an option of some credit for the future We came from Canberra for a 5 night stay And spend one day in the doctors surgery Waiting to get advice which ruined the trip , some, really a little disappointed as we have stayed here before and the room was passable But never expected this situation. The manger tells me its been brought in by international tourists, i think it needs a full pest control treatment. So the manger was helpful

They had two mattress frames thrown outside the bldg. They must have sprayed for bugs as the entire property had a very strong pesticide smell and we had to keep the doors open for fresh air.

The stay was nice and clean, although we can smell cigsmokes from another room, had to keep the window close all the time. Staffs and room wards are great with pleasing personality. Overall the stay was good, hope they will tighten smoking rules, making it more environmentally friendly.

Spacious room with double and single bed. When we arrived there were no toiletries or refreshments in the room. But was given them when asked. They don’t supply breakfast as advertised when we booked but there is a toaster and microwave in the lounge area and a 7eleven next door. Big plus is the L1 light rail station just 2 minutes down the road.

Pleasant enough stay. Clean room that is showing wear and tear. Quiet - apart from traffic sounds. The communal central meals area is fine but I found it annoying to have to go outside just to put something in the microwave. Staff not very friendly or helpful, just in a hurry. Easy and pleasant light rail ride to central station.

For the price you could not expect much the road noise was crazy and there was a strange smell in my room the overall rooms was clean. Transport busses and Trains was very close.

However, the lack of soundproofing in the room (floor-to-ceiling single-glazed window next to the room door) coupled with the enclosed shared space where guests access their rooms, resulted in sounds being echoed and reverberated throughout the entire hall and into the rooms. There is also limited to no dining options in the vicinity of the property.

Great facilities with secure car locking gate. There’s shared washing machine and kitchen. The only downside was the customer service when checking in. Not a friendly face from the receptionist. He asked for extra info including my bank card despite I’ve paid for it all online, didn’t explain why. I had to ask and read the form he asked me to sign to find out why (smoking policy related). Would I recommend it? Yes and no.

Great stay. Quiet and comfortable and friendly helpful staff. Could not ask for more. Good location for exploring the inner west from. Very reasonable price. Slept until the alarm, cannot get better than that from a motel.

The back door of our room had no lock, just a chain! The website said there was a light breakfast available but there was not, citing covid as the reason but there are no longer restrictions. Communal area in middle of all rooms, noisy early morning and night with people sharing their facetime conversations with the entire hotel it seems.

The room was fine, clean. Confusion over booking for a business travel for two people - 1 night two rooms is not one room two nights. I was also disappointed at the lack of info in room to obtain food. I though telling people of local area options (other than 7elevennext door) would have been helpful. A drinking glass in each room is also needed.

An interesting hotel - more of a motel. It looks very sad from the outside, the signage does not light up, and the porch is rotting. Check-in was simple but uneventful. Note: You have to book with reception if you want your room cleaned or any towels exchanged. Since COVID there is no breakfast but there is a shared kitchen area where you can use a microwave. The room was simple and basic and was very tired with rotten wood in the wardrobe and the bathroom unit. Talking of bathroom there were enough plug sockets to run a small business off of. There was no screen or blind on the bathroom window so it had to stay closed or you would be revealing everything to the shopping centre next door. Thankfully our room was in a corner so did not open into the internal courtyard which for all those rooms that did was a giant window which they pulled a curtain across at night as can be seen from the photo's. This is more of a workers residence than a hotel for tourists. On the plus side it was well located and had a 24 hour garage next door.

Pleasant enough stay. Clean room that is showing wear and tear. Quiet - apart from traffic sounds. The communal central meals area is fine but I found it annoying to have to go outside just to put something in the microwave. Staff not very friendly or helpful, just in a hurry. Easy and pleasant light rail ride to central station.

The location of the property is quite good (about 30 minutes to Sydney CBD via public transport and 20 minutes drive). The bathroom in the room looks renovated and clean. However, the lack of soundproofing in the room (floor-to-ceiling single-glazed window next to the room door) coupled with the enclosed shared space where guests access their rooms, resulted in sounds being echoed and reverberated throughout the entire hall and into the rooms. There is also limited to no dining options in the vicinity of the property.

It was a good stay. Close to light rail so looks strategic. Shower room needs updating, one of the sliding door was derailed so it was hard to open and close. But the property looks good. I like style of the garden, the white pebbles made it look so clean and the succulents at the front complemented it well. In the main garden, i wish there were more plants and hanging plants.

The bathroom was okay. The rest of the room was disastrous. Paint was peeling on the walls and the skirting board was coming apart. The furnishings were very old. The bathtub was gross, it was the sole reason we booked the room. My partner didnt feel safe there so at 11:30pm at night, we just left and paid for accomodation somewhere else.

Good location for Sydney city and inner west. Handy to shops for forgotten items or supplies. Room was reasonable size, photos did make it look bigger but easily fit all five of us in. Did not smell like an ex smoking hotel, even though there was an ashtray on the little balcony. Was very quiet and our room looked onto the main road, had no problems falling asleep. Would stay here again.
