Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It is a nice location, close to numerous hiking trails, golf courses and parks. Beautiful home with plenty of room for family in a quiet neighborhood. The only negative was the dirt backyard which prevented us from playing lawn games. No air conditioning was not a problem for us (early September), although blinds/window treatments on the back patio doors would help keep the hot afternoon sun from heating up the house. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Our 5 favorite things: Kitchen was well stocked for cooking anything we could think of, AV system was awesome for watching movies, plenty of kids stuff be it kids tables, boosters, utensils/cutleries and even a baby bathtub. Garage had sleds to play in the gated backyard (sloped), and so many bathrooms such that there was never a need to fight for turns.

This was a beautiful home that was very spacious and had lots of activities as well as amenities near by. It was clean and well taken care of. This fit 10 people (8 adults and 2 teens) very comfortably and had a huge kitchen, dining area and living room that fit us all. Lots of great memories made and would recommend this home to others.

We had 8 adults, 1 dog and 1 toddler and the house had plenty of room for us to hang out. The house came with baby gate, booster seat, toddler chair and table and lots of kid friendly things. We loved that there was even dog bowls and mat ready for our dog. We cooked in the spacious kitchen, which had 1 fridge and 1 separate freezer so we were able to have lots of room! The property is super close to a gas station and market. Since we visited during snow season, it was super close to a tubing place. RnR rentals are very prompt and professional. Highly recommend!

It was nice being able to cook meals with the available kitchen amenities for guests. Loved that they had dog amenities available too. Wish they had more fans throughtout home. They have a no shoes inside home policy which is nice but I could tell it is not followed often down stairs in the living area.

The enclosed backyard was perfect for our two dogs to run around without us having to worry. The upstairs living/dining/kitchen area was amazing for us to all hang out together when cooking, relaxing, playing games, playing pool and still feel like we were all together. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. R&R Rentals was so easy to work with and the check in/check out instructions were simple and easy to follow. It was also great to be walking distance to the grocery store and so close to the casinos and downtown. We will definitely stay in this property and rent from R&R again! Thank you!

All 10 of us agreed, this was the cleanest vacay home we’ve ever stayed in. We’ve stayed a lot of places. Not only clean, well equipped, perfect layout, enough bathrooms for the number of us. Everyone claimed the beds were comfy. We missed the snow this trip but would be perfect for children with the fenced in back yard. Our host was super too. Definitely a 5 star place

Very well appointed house. Kitchen had plenty of dishware, utensils and cooking items. House is spacious. We were 9 people and did not feel like we were on top of each other - lots of space to spread out. Neighborhood was quiet and very conveniently located - the Holiday Market is within walking distance and gas station just down the road.

The house was very large and comfortably fit our group of 8 (3 couples + 2 other friends). It was clean, had all the essentials you would expect, and we loved the large backyard for our dog. They were very accommodating of our pet and included some items (food/water mat, waste bags, etc.) for us. It's located in a quiet neighborhood right next to a grocery store which was convenient. It's about a 10-15 minute drive from the main parts of South Lake Tahoe so keep that in mind if you're planning to spend most of your time in that area.
The house was very large and comfortably fit our group of 8 (3 couples + 2 other friends). It was clean, had all the essentials you would expect, and we loved the large backyard for our dog. They were very accommodating of our pet and included some items (food/water mat, waste bags, etc.) for us. It's located in a quiet neighborhood right next to a grocery store which was convenient. It's about a 10-15 minute drive from the main parts of South Lake Tahoe so keep that in mind if you're planning to spend most of your time in that area.

Loved this house- absolutely gorgeous. Better than we anticipated. The layout was different than what we expected- it was hard to understand in the description so here goes: as you enter the main door, it is a split level- go upstairs to the kitchen/lliving room/main master bedroom with ensuite, and a queen size bedroom that has access to a full bathroom (that is in the hall and what you would use when in the kitchen/living room area). Go downstairs and there are 3 bedrooms- 1 has a king and an ensuite and the other two share a hall bathroom. Great sitting area with 2 couches and a tv downstairs for kids or a space to get away from the main living area. Access to back yard and hot tub and garage from lower level.

This was a beautiful home that was very spacious and had lots of activities as well as amenities near by. It was clean and well taken care of. This fit 10 people (8 adults and 2 teens) very comfortably and had a huge kitchen, dining area and living room that fit us all. Lots of great memories made and would recommend this home to others.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The snowstorm revealed a lot about the customer service. We got in the day before the snowstorm and things were great. Less than a day into the 4 night rental, we lost power and never got it back. We never anticipated having to be trapped in the home as the roads were not plowed thru to us until late the second night. The driveway was not plowed daily if over 6” of snow, as per the agreement, until after noon on day 3. We were able to get out and get supplies for our last night. The rental agency were initially responsive and as the storm conditions worsened, they became less so and only responded if we did not have issues to solve. They kept telling us to be patient but the home did not have flashlights or enough candles. If it were not for the gas stove, fireplaces, and water heater, we would have had to find other accommodations as the agency just left us to fend for ourselves. Very disappointed in their lack of good customer service. We understood they had others to deal with, but not responding to concerns and only responding to “happy” customers makes them fair-weather friends.

The property is super close to a gas station and market. Since we visited during snow season, it was super close to a tubing place. RnR rentals are very prompt and professional. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the home. It was perfect for four couples as we each had our own bathroom/shower and our own private bedrooms with an extra room to spare. The enclosed backyard was perfect for our two dogs to run around without us having to worry. The upstairs living/dining/kitchen area was amazing for us to all hang out together when cooking, relaxing, playing games, playing pool and still feel like we were all together. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. R&R Rentals was so easy to work with and the check in/check out instructions were simple and easy to follow. It was also great to be walking distance to the grocery store and so close to the casinos and downtown. We will definitely stay in this property and rent from R&R again! Thank you!

Very well appointed house. Kitchen had plenty of dishware, utensils and cooking items. House is spacious. We were 9 people and did not feel like we were on top of each other - lots of space to spread out. Neighborhood was quiet and very conveniently located - the Holiday Market is within walking distance and gas station just down the road.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is peaceful being outside of the major areas. Home was clean. We enjoyed the hot tub. It was nice being able to cook meals with the available kitchen amenities for guests. Loved that they had dog amenities available too. Wish they had more fans throughtout home. They have a no shoes inside home policy which is nice but I could tell it is not followed often down stairs in the living area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the home. It was perfect for four couples as we each had our own bathroom/shower and our own private bedrooms with an extra room to spare. The enclosed backyard was perfect for our two dogs to run around without us having to worry. The upstairs living/dining/kitchen area was amazing for us to all hang out together when cooking, relaxing, playing games, playing pool and still feel like we were all together. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. R&R Rentals was so easy to work with and the check in/check out instructions were simple and easy to follow. It was also great to be walking distance to the grocery store and so close to the casinos and downtown. We will definitely stay in this property and rent from R&R again! Thank you!

Outstanding property start to finish, the host communication was excellent, the house was beautiful, luxurious, spacious and had every possible amenity. Great location for exploring the entire area. Quiet and secluded but close to everything, this property was perfect for our first stay in the Tahoe area.

My family had a fabulous time at this cabin. The location was great and very relaxing. The backyard was covered in snow, and the kids had an amazing time playing outside. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the cabin itself was spotless. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone heading to South Lake Tahoe.
