Estuvo bien pero no me an reembolsado el depósito que fue 60 dórales no se porque depósito se supone que se hace la reservación con hotel.com y el n el hotel cobran deposito también el desayuno hay que pagarlo

Absolutely unacceptable experience at this hotel. Upon arriving to our room, we discovered blood stains on the bed sheets. We immediately notified staff, and they assured us the sheets would be changed — that never happened. When we went back to the front desk to address it again, the clerk refused to help, laughed about the situation, and told us we would “have to change them ourselves” because they “didn’t know how.” Completely unprofessional and disgusting. To make matters worse, our key card never worked properly. Instead of fixing the issue, the desk clerk had to use a hanger to break us into the room. The room phone also did not work, and we were later informed the room had originally been marked out of service, yet they booked us in it anyway. Between the unsanitary conditions, rude staff, broken amenities, and clear lack of concern for guest safety or comfort, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

The body wash dispenser was empty, the picture above the toilet is crumbling and was all over the toilet. The large mirror in the bathroom was dirty including the frame. The room was in disrepair. The key cards never worked. Had to put two together to finally work. I had put the tag on the door to have the room cleaned and the soap refilled but was not done. Walking down the hallway it was like an oven. People left their dirty towels outside their door with questionable marks on them. Got dinner at Christie’s, was told they “couldn’t” make fries but when I asked if it was because the deep fryer was off already, it was a hour before closing, they wouldn’t answer. Opted for the salad and by the time I got to our room with the food, there was no dressing. The staff was courteous. This hotel for sure has seen better days and it needs a major upgrade

The only ice machine that worked was on the 8th floor. Our bathroom light didnt work. Our friends room had a leak in the bathroom. Key cards weren't working. Lobby looked very nice. Hallways and rooms looked run down
