Amara Sanctuary Sentosa

L'état et le service de l'hôtel n'était pas digne d'un 5 étoiles. C'était mal entretenu, pas propre et un service pas à la hauteur. Le personnel était inexistant pour un 5 étoile, par exemple des résidants de l'hôtel se baignaient dans la piscine avec leurs vêtements donc sans surveillance.

Could be great and nice was but is suffering from being neglected and having no money spent on it. Sad because it could be great and not for much cost.

Toilet is clean, however the toilet bowl lid and tap is noisy. Otherwise all is good

Modern and clean. But room is a bit small. Friendly and helpful staff.

Room was fantastic. Staff were slways friendly & helpful...even assisting me late at night to book tours for me and my family. Had a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel highly.
