Room was clean, but there were no outlets near the bed, some outlets didn't work. There were holes in the ironing board. The bathtub was clogged when I first tried to use it and it took two days to get it fixed.

Room was clean. Bed was firm but still comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Several restaurants in area a couple open 24/7. Free T3 bus to Old San Juan w a stop steps from hotel. Don’t believe the pictures for the roof top and one of the primary reasons we booked this hotel. There was a total of 4 sit down chairs on the roof top. No loungers or tables as pics portray. Street side room was noisy and the black out curtains only closed about 80% of the way.
