Quality Inn Gulfport I-10

Hotel bien situé, proche de nombreuses commodités (restaurants, magasins). Hotel propre, bien entretenu, personnel agréable, courtois et souriant. Chambre propre, spacieuse et bien équipée, avec literie confortable et wifi fonctionnel. Bonne isolation sonore. Excellent petit déjeuner avec sucré/salé. Très bon rapport qualité/prix.

Don’t book this hotel. It’s not anything worth spending the night in. The room smelled like cigarettes and there were people standing in the doorways of non-smoking rooms, smoking. The air conditioner didn’t work. The pool was almost green with so many leaves it was so dirty. The pillows on the bed are horribly thin. The people and children yelling all night (yes, like 3 am) was icing on the disaster cake that was this hotel. I’m not sure how they can keep charging what they do, and keep guests happy. The only positive was the water pressure in the shower was great. However, because the curtain is so thin, the water just leaks onto the floor. Spend your money somewhere else. Don’t stay here.

The staff was not receptive at all when I asked for coffee. They acted like we were putting them out. Not a good experience did not stay the second night checked out early. They said they would refund us the money through Hotels.com And Hotels.com would have to refund us our part.

Upon on checking in and room was assigned, my family and I go inside the room and find pet hair around the toilet and bathroom shower, some dog treats (pebbles) by walking area between beds and closet, then I touch the first bed as soon you walk in the comforter is soaked wet and then looked up and theirs a big ceiling crack. When to speak at front desk, another room was assigned and the rep. apologized for the inconvenience.

We were in town for my sons tournament and we were staying somewhere else that was terrible and I booked this place for the second night and the management was awesome and very helpful, I would certainly stay again.
