Bathroom had human hair all over the floor, tub was dirty, floor was sticky, bed was old, AC made the worse noise, pool was closed and had Algae green water , location is great, but I would rather sleep in my car next time.

Overall, the room was clean and functional the electric outlet by the bed, which supplies electricity to both lamps and clock-radio was loose and nonfunctional. The only lights were in the kitchen and bathroom. The free breakfast consisted of only two kinds of muffins, Nutrigrain bars, and instant oatmeal. Pool was clean.

Key card machine was broke, someone had to stay in the room or we had to go get someone from the office to let us in. Roaches came out the closer to night, and a lot of them. The bathroom sink stay clogged.

The sheets had not been changed. Found dried blooded on the sheets. They say they offer continental breakfast and they had coffee and instant oatmeal. No cereal no juices no fruit... nothing!! Came on vacation to relax by the pool and it was closed. Worse place I’ve ever stay..

If your looking for pool this isn't the place for u it was nasty and green states they don't have a cleaning person. Got up for breakfast went downstairs at 8am their was no breakfast that started at 6 am families had to wait

What I liked about the property was that the rooms were directly across from each other. However, what I didn't like was that a door was propped open with a rock because the swiped device was broken.

Room was filthy. Tub was still dirty from previous stay. There was trash & leftover items under the bed. Pull out mattress has what looked to be mold on it. The iron was broken and there wasn’t any lightbulbs in the lamps beside the bed. There was not a breakfast. All that was offered was packaged muffins and coffee.

After traveling 16 hours and ready for a clean room to rest in, we checked in and The hallways smelled awful! There was signs everywhere about it being a non smoking facility and that’s all you smelled. The room smelled awful, rips and stains in the carpet! Hair in the shower! Awful experience!

Bathroom was filthy and there were still dirty wash clothes in the shower from previous people. I was moved to a new room and the new room also had a dirty bathroom and the pillow cases were dirty. I am very upset. Extended stay is not wanting to give me a refund. I did not end up staying there and I left. It was disgusting.

BEWARE!!!!! DO NOT come to this hotel. I was traveling with my wife,3year old girl and newborn boy. Pulling into this hotel the first thing I noticed was the junkies standing by the door trying to get a free room although the outside did look clean and up to date. Checking into the hotel it was a hassle just to get 3 towels! Walking into our room the god awful smell of urine almost made me take the kids to sleep in the car being it was so late and hard to find another hotel. Walking into our room in the beggining our keys did not work so I had to go back down the elevator that is very sketchy to get new ones. Walking into the room I was greeted with a cabinet hanging. I told my wife to just take a shower it will not be forever it is just too late for a new hotel. After 30 minutes of no hot water still u went down to complain. Ofc no one knew anything about this. After the front desk told me it should be back on it still wasn't an hour later I went to go back down to get it fixed. Ofc no one is at the front desk and I have to call on the phone. Another lady appears and tells me she is going to flip the switch on the water heater bc of the previous lady who did not know how to fix it. After the nightmare of Luke warm water I look up to black mild all inside of the hotel. Buyer beware this is not the end. They moved me to a different room which is "upgraded' to be even more filthy! Do not ever come to this hotel 5/24/2025 I was offered a discount for a good review! Yeah forgetit

I was supposed to write this review when I returned from my trip, but I got sick three days later. I will not be staying at this hotel again. I've stayed at many nice extended-stay hotels, but this one did not meet my expectations. Checking in was easy, but when I got to my room around 7 or 8 PM (I can't remember the exact time), I dropped off my things and left. When I returned, I noticed a terrible odor in the room. The front desk basically said there was nothing they could do about it because I booked through Expedia. It was late, and I couldn't find another hotel due to the time and the difficulties I encountered getting to JAX. The staff member didn’t offer to come up to the room or help in any way; she simply said, "Well, that's on you." Additionally, the computer chair was stained, and the bathtub was awful. I have photos for proof. Overall, I will not be staying at an extended-stay hotel again, nor would I recommend it to anyone I know. I did notice the gym had ceiling tile and it was just nasty. lucky it was close to my job, I shouldve just slept in my car at that point.

There were bugs or ants in the kitchen areas before i checked out. The staff only gave me limited cook wear stating it was because i was a short stay. I complained the next morning on her because i never had the issue before. The room bed was comfortable but the couch was old and the recliner was broke.

The price was very affordable but the room itself was not the best .There was an odd smell upon entering the room itself . The bathroom look so worn down , the kitchen area is old / rusty looking , the pull out sofa bed was old , rusty and didn’t have a sheet on the actual mattress. The mattress was old yellow with brown/ gray spots . When cleaning up a few things off the floor , we then realized the floor looked as if it wasn’t mopped . The painting of the tree was also upside down . To get in the building the doors was fully of nasty fingerprints and dirt . I have allergies towards pets with fur , while walking down the hall , getting on the elevator and making it to the room my throat tightened and I began having an allergic reaction to the smell of pets .

Check in on Wed-Monday.had issues with the drain in the tub and remote...They never sent anyone..Called several times. The Ac is cold,bed was comfortable, but the carpet smelled..it needs a renovation bad.. I wouldnt recommend staying here if you are use to staying in a good hotel.

We came to Jacksonville to go to WasabiCon. It was my husband, daughter, and myself. The room was spacious. Had a full size fridge. The only thing was the king size mattress was hard, so it was uncomfortable to sleep on.

Nice location in business/residential neighborhood, issues with electrical/cooling system (giant fans running off main lobby, plastic hung up etc). Key did not work initially and was surprised with 100 dollar deposit being charged as part of room cost, rather than a hold. Room itself was decent, smelled musty but overall satisfactory. Shower was tricky, zero pressure to head unless water is at right temp, very annoying and 6 am to figure out. Clearly dated fixtures need replacing/updating. Breakfast consisted of granola bars, muffins and some oatmeal. Coffee was ok, though only light roast. Staff was friendly and punctual. Overall met my needs for a short overnight stay!

The hallway smelt entirely of weed on the second floor, carpet was filthy and flooring sent as if it had putts underneath carpet. The room itself was fine but you could hear just about everything going on in the hotel. Couldn’t fall asleep till almost 2am from footsteps being heard all night to doors opening and shutting.

The mattress on the pull out had a green stain on it. The 2 other beds are definitely worn out. The room has a damp smell to it. We were going stay another night but cause of these reasons we switched Hotels.

Overall the property was clean. Staff was friendly. I just didn't like smelling of 'the green stuff' everytime I stepped outside of the building and returning. The smell also filled the hallways. There should also be a notification on the website mentioning your $100 deposit upon check-in. That was certainly an unwelcoming surprise.

When I arrive to the property, the girl at the front counter, notified me that the room that I had reserved was not available so my arrangements needed to be adjusted to what they had which was not what I had reserved. Then upon entering the room, I noticed that the lights and outlets did not work. Additionally, the back door had no lock on it so anyone could access the hotel at any moment. The hallways were full of trash. When I brought the nonworking lights and outlets to the hotel concierge attention, they told me that there was no maintenance person on for the weekend and that they would have to see if they could come and fix the lights and if they couldn’t fix the lights that they would switch my room. That never happened. My room was never changed and maintenance. Never came to fix the light.

The only way to get good customer service from Kay at the front desk is to be a male and flirt with her. I stood behind a man for 10 minutes while she flirted nothing was work related that they were speaking about. Then when I get to the counter she states the person on the next shift has to check me in due to her boss calling. After I told her to call her boss she proceeded to check me in.

The staff at night was not very friendly. There were people slamming doors all day and night. Missing light bulbs tub was nasty toilet seat was loose. Phone and alarm clock not even plugged in. Tv remote didn’t had to get another one from the front desk

Arrived to check in at 7:50 pm and no one was at the front desk, waited for a while ,called numerous numbers only to have them all ring the front desk phone where no one was there to answer, left to get dinner and tried calling the front desk for another 30 min and no answer, had to book another hotel last minute.

The reservation was for a room with a queen bed and a sofa bed since the reservation was for 3 people. The initial room assigned did not have a sofa bed. It only had a queen bed. I had to go back to the desk and ask how 3 people are going to sleep in one bed. The receptionist then assigned me a room with a queen bed and sofa bed.

There was a line around the door, no key cards were issued at time of check-in, was downgraded to a room that wasnt even what i paid for. No time was given for breakfast, was woke up to go back downstairs to check in again because i didnt get properly checked in the first time around.

Broken door locks, smell of drugs throughout entire inside and outside, no presence of staff after 7pm, room absolutely disgusting, stains on walls, stains in shower, broken room amenities, loud rooms from people who appear to live there, people coming and going that aren't staying there, not enough parking lot lights. Will never stay at this brand hotel again. Completely unsa.

This place is a certified DUMP!!! Do not stay here!!!! Bathroom door knob broken Towel rack hanging off wall. Room 242 smelled like feet People hanging out in the halls accompanied by plenty of garbage. This was my first experience staying in a homeless shelter I did not feel safe at all.

Waiting to transition into new house. I chose the extended stay to try to save money on lodging in meals. I chose this extended stay because it was not far from my job and also convenient with shopping and in a busy prominent side of town. Lobby was nice and clean. Rooms need and upgrade and better upkeep. It is just temporary. When I had to stay another week it was a little frustrating trying to know we were in a small space to try to cook something and you had to open the window so the smoke alarm wouldn't go off. The beds are very soft and needed new mattresses even on the sofa bed.

Minus the cold weather the trip was definitely pleasant shout to the location the up keep was fine the staff was kind and courteous the check in and check out was efficient only thing I would say is get the key card pad fixed on the main entrance cause when I got stuck outside in the cold that was funny but not cool but the night desk worker was friendly we both laughed bout it

Says free breakfast but went down there around 8 and was only coffee. The bathroom was disgusting looked like someone had been putting cigarette butts out on the toilet and wasn’t clean didn’t even bother taking a shower it looked like something out of a horror movie.

Location was OK. We were only there one night. Room had a musty smell when we came in. Bathroom, carpet and floors were not the cleanest. All amenities were either closed or out of service. Breakfast was bad coffee and a package muffin. Get what you get for the price but I would pay the extra and stay at a chain hotel.

Very date property, woke up to cockroaches on the wall, the tub was very dirty and looked like there was once slip resistance there but pulled off, breakfast was nothing but muffins and not enough to feed everybody that was trying to eat. Very disappointing.

The breakfast is just muffins. If you need anything even a blow dryer or pots and pans, you have to ask. Couldn’t take a bath because there no drain plug and the Matts are dirty too. The staff was friendly. The rooms are big. You just don’t get the room you book on Expedia.
