Ho prenotato 2 mesi in anticipo per un viaggio dall'Italia con due bambini 5 e 7 anni. Siamo arrivati in struttura e la stanza non era disponibile. Ho dormito su un divano e siamo scappati il giorno dopo.

Absolutely worst trip to Orlando having to deal with this hotel. When we arrived to check in, there system was down and we had to wait to check in. Then when the system came on they checked us into a totally different room than what we paid for( one that was cheaper). They refused to give us the room we paid for and instead told us we were moving to another hotel. They only printed out the letter stating they would only pay for one night when we had already paid for two, which caused us to have to drive all the way back to the courtyard, after arriving at the new hotel. When I went back to get a new letter stating they were paying for both nights. There was a line out the door, then I had to wait for about 25 minutes for a manager to even come out. After I told him why I was back, I told him I wanted to have a printed letter of both nights, and after telling him this for at least 5 times, he finally printed one out. Needless to say, this trip was a waiste of my family’s time. Customer service was absolutely horrible at the courtyard
