I didn’t like the random strand of Halloween lights at the front entrance. It put out a tacky look. Maybe try doing some tasteful decorations at the front desk. The ‘guy’ at the front desk was in jeans and t-shirt. Was he even an employee?? No name badge. Also found 2 roaches in my bathtub. Spa and pool were closed. Breakfast was nice—good selection.

stayed at this hotel for the jacuzzi room and the heated pool. at check in there was a sign that said-the hot tub is out of service but pool is open. 2 hours later tried to get in pool. so cold that i couldn't get in. staff didn't care, just pointed to the sign.

When I arrived, one desk clerk and several guests plus phone calls. Clerk couldn’t find my reservation. After getting checked in, attempted to use fitness room and key wouldn’t work. Desk clerk also could not get door open. Spent my evening getting my 2 mile walk in by walking the halls, since it was raining outside. This morning the manager or head of housekeeping was apparently trying to show a new hire how to do things. It was obvious the new hire had no idea what she was doing and the manager was verbally berating her about things she apparently didn’t know, like where the maids carts were and why she didn’t have master keys. The breakfast was minimal and there was not even any artificial sweetener for coffee. I’ve stayed in many Country Inn & Suites, this is by far the worst.

The advertising is FALSE. The hot tub is not currently working and the attendant told us that it hasn't worked for 6 months! The mamagement doesn't want to spend the money for a part! We went there especially for this advertised amenity! Very displeased!

This property would’ve been great if not for the amenities not as advertised. I chose this hotel for the gym, hot tub and pool. Upon arriving I was told the hot tub was broken but the pool worked. After check in we discovered that the pool was open but had no filtration or heat, making it unusable. The “gym” was nothing more that a rusted fast weight machine, an elliptical and two treadmills. The coffee they advertise is only available during earlier times and the coffee pot in room doesn’t work. We left on Sunday feeling deceived and will not choose this hotel chain again

Needed to cut a Thanksgiving travel day in half & the price was out of this world cheap. It was a convenient on & off from the interstate. Room was fine, carpet was very old, but the room was spacious & the bathroom was as well. Beds were the hardness I like - fridge worked fine. Disappointed the hot tub was out of order bc we wanted to use it after our long drive. Breakfast was very lacking. No meat/eggs protein. Bagels, bread & mini mini muffins & 2 waffle stations. Nothing at all to write home about for breakfast. It was a clean, safe, convenient place to stay.

We had cockroaches in the dresser drawers and bathroom the morning after our first night out of the three nights we were staying there. Everything was shook out and went on top of the extra bed and I informed the front desk at roughly 9am about what we found. I told them I needed the room thoroughly cleaned and sprayed for cockroaches. We were gone all day touring Gettysburg and didn’t return until about 9pm. I asked at the guy at the front desk if our room was taken care of and he said he didn’t know anything about it, but was sure it had been. When we got to the room, we could tell that it had been cleaned. Kind of a breath of relief. My Wife got up around 4-5am to use the bathroom and there were three more cockroaches in there when she turned on the light. We were supposed to stay until Sunday to enjoy our trip to Valley Forge. Instead we packed everything up, checked out a day early, and made the 6hr drive back home. The lady who is the general manager repeatedly apologized about what happened. Sadly it was our first and last time staying there.

The hotel was very clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was amazing! We got in late, they went above and beyond to help us find dining and get comfortable for the night. We stayed several nights and from start to finish they were incredibly kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

The rooms were dirty and not vacuumed. The shower was moldy. Bedspread had holes in it. Roach trap in the room and strange smell. Furniture stained and broken. Lights didn't work. The breakfast was disappointing and the staff was rude. from the outside it looks like a beautiful hotel.

Upon arrival we noticed there was a car in the parking lot on jack stands. After arriving to our room we found the bathroom had not been cleaned well. There were hairs all over the bathroom I also noticed the sink didn't drain. When we went to the pool we found there were no towels at the pool as with every other hotel we stay at. If our stay had been more than one night we would have not stayed at all.

I stayed in 219 king suite with jacuzzi tub. The tub drain is very hard to remove likely use to be spring loaded mechanism. Otherwise was clean other than the floors need updated. Bleach? Spots on carpet. Roku tv with no roku remote. Otherwise good stay.

Checked in with so much ease. However, I asked to be on the top floor away from the elevator. We were on the top floor directly across from the elevator. Maybe just miss communication. Room was nice until we opened the fridge and it had leftover food from prior guests. The hasp on the door was split so had to make sure deadbolt was working correctly. Went to take showers and had shampoo and conditioner in the shower no soap. Had to use shampoo as our soap. After showering realized there was a very small size bar soap next to the sink. Wish they had a bottle of soap in shower instead. Was told that breakfast was at 6 am. Went to breakfast at 6:05 to have all the lights off and chairs on the tables. I had asked the gentleman when breakfast was he told me on Saturday and Sundays its starts at 7 but he could try and get everything out by 6:30. I then had to remind him that it was Friday not Saturday. So by the time he got everything out there was a line of people waiting. Not sure what happened with this hotel on this visit...we usually stay here several times a year while we are passing through. Maybe just a hiccup this time.

They claim its been updated but it clearly is lipstick on a pig. Most hotels have gotten away from carpet, theirs is old, dated and nasty. The bed was clearly old and sagging. I would rate it as "average" for that price point. I travel I81 often, i will probably find someplace else next time.

The walls between the rooms are extremely thin. I can hear everything that is going on in the room next to me and mean everything... Was kept up all night because someone in the room next to me had a horrible cough. Could hear conversations. There were maybe ten cars in the whole parking lot on the night I stayed. Hotel staff must have put us all in the same section of the hotel. Anyway, I will not be staying there again because of this.

Very comfortable bed. Decent breakfast. The rooms could use some minor repairs to drywall and trim, but overall the room was very nice. Great location as well.

The "guy" on the front desk in the morning was not attentive to guests and never attempted to keep the breakfast area supplied with items. Guests had to ask for items to be replaced. Also he never paid attention to the coffee area. When we went to check out around 7:40 there was no attendant on the front desk. Rather there was just a drop box where a sign red drop room keys in this tray. Not good enough.

All staff were friendly and very helpful. My only problem was that I left a bag there with packaged food and instead of calling me to come back and pick it up, they threw it away. They at least could’ve tried to contact me.

When I arrived, one desk clerk and several guests plus phone calls. Clerk couldn’t find my reservation. After getting checked in, attempted to use fitness room and key wouldn’t work. Desk clerk also could not get door open. Spent my evening getting my 2 mile walk in by walking the halls, since it was raining outside. This morning the manager or head of housekeeping was apparently trying to show a new hire how to do things. It was obvious the new hire had no idea what she was doing and the manager was verbally berating her about things she apparently didn’t know, like where the maids carts were and why she didn’t have master keys. The breakfast was minimal and there was not even any artificial sweetener for coffee. I’ve stayed in many Country Inn & Suites, this is by far the worst.

The hotel was very clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was amazing! We got in late, they went above and beyond to help us find dining and get comfortable for the night. We stayed several nights and from start to finish they were incredibly kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay while travelling to Florida. The hotel is close and convenient to the I81 and has plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. The hotel rooms are well appointed with a mini fridge and microwave. The rooms are nice and clean. The breakfast is okay. It is more on the lighter side with cereal, toast, bagels, muffins, and waffles as the main staples.

We enjoyed our stay travelling home from Florida. The hotel is close and convenient to the I81 and has plenty of restaurants and shopping very close by. The hotel rooms are well appointed with a mini fridge and microwave. The rooms are nice and clean.

It wasn't bad. Honestly, it wasn't bad for what we paid. Breakfast was waffles, and by the time we got down around 7:45 the oatmeal was dry and hard. Would've liked some bacon or sausage. I was bummed the hot tub was brokwn.

Breakfast was your standard waffle makers (2), cereals, bagels, and muffins. The room was clean, the staff friendly, and the shampoo, conditioner were in squeezable containers mounted in the shower. Only problem was I thought my sink's drain was broken and stuck closed.Nope. Desk clerk told me I just had to push down on it and it pops up. Nicest room for the money I've had in years.

We have always loved staying at Country Inn and Suites. When we got to our room this time, we were hit by a musty, damp smell! The lady at the desk was super nice when we checked in, but when I went downstairs to tell her, it was like I had offended her. Said she had been in the room and didn’t smell anything. She sent a guy up who sprayed a few times and then left. We were at a concert and came back late and we’re hit with the same smell. Next morning my husband just mentioned it to her again and she was rude. We were gone for the day and when we got back it seemed like they put something in our room to make it smell better. We were thankful! In the dining room both mornings, the waffle mix ran out and no one replaced it. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but not our usual lovely stay!

The room was ok. I think they are in process of updating the property so some things were updated and others weren’t. Breakfast selection could have been better (no eggs/sausage/bacon/ect), but they did have a waffle maker and a good selection of cereal. Room was a little musty, but the bed was comfortable. Overall an ok property, would stay again.

Nice staff and decent room. Let down by some details. WiFi was very laggy. Breakfast didn't open till almost 7am and worst of all the oatmeal was cold. Must have been leftovers. Treadmill in exercise room good but the weights need some maintenance to be useful

We drove 9 hours from Kentucky. And got to the hotel around 1am. The staff that was working was very nice but he had to put us in a room that needed more cleaning and somethings fixed. He asked if we would be interested in a King size room but would have been ok if my husband was with me but I brought a girl friend with me on a business trip so we couldn't do a kings size bed. So we stayed in the double bed room. Talked to the manager the next day at check out and they did work with us and gave me a discount on the room. They really worked well with me and was really nice. But when I had a double bed room booked they should have had the room that was reserved ready for me without trying to get me in a room we couldn't use. I feel that's the only thing they could have done better on.
