Lovely Apartment In Cilipi

Fabulous house in a quiet location. Restaurant & shop really close by. House owner was really helpful & nothing was too much trouble.

This is not just a rental villa it is a home. Fully equipped with everything we needed and more. We had been concerned when we read the 3 reviews available. My son only found them after we booked. However, the owner, Zlatko, could not have been nicer. He was welcoming before we even arrived, sending a whatsapp to wish us safe journey. We were late arriving to check in as we got a bit lost, but he was perfectly understanding and such a lovely smiley chap. He speaks little English. We speak no Croatian. So he used google translate and we talked into that to make ourselves understood. The place, including the gardens is beautifully kept. Zlatko explained he would come each morning to clean the pool and check levels but that he would come early and we would probably be asleep. I am an early riser and on holiday like to sit outside with a coffee and a book so I saw him most mornings. He would just wave and say hello and I waved back. Other than that we didnt see him til we checked out. We had music or radio on most days from about 7am til 11pmish. Quite loud during the day so we could hear it in the pool. We cooked outside mostly and made full use of the facilities including the washing machine and especially the dishwasher. The location is excellent. Beautiful views. 2mins from a little supermarket and a lovely restaurant, Domestico, which served great food at reasonable prices, especially compared to other places we ate.

We stayed for a week in this villa, and worked from the villa each day. Wifi was good for this. Taxi to Dubrovnik is expensive — about 25 euro each way. The pool was amazing and we had a great time!

Een heerlijke plek om met een groot gezin te verblijven (wij ouders met 5 pubers). Alles is zeer compleet en het zwembad is royaal, fijne terrassen en ligbedjes. Zowel Maria (contactpersoon) als de eigenaren zijn zeer behulpzaam. Op loopafstand een supermarkt en 1 goed restaurant. Vele strandjes en Cavtat (schitterend dorp) op een paar minuten rijden. Kortom wij hebben ons uitstekend vermaakt, bedankt!
