Aside from finding some hair on the bathroom floor we were pretty happy with everything else. We did not see any staff whatsoever the entire trip. Not even in the morning. We had some questions but we just had to figure it out for ourselves.

The view from the great room was amazing. We enjoyed spending the evening playing pool and relaxing in the lounge. The Windham area was very nice with several dining options.

The 5 state view is amazing and worth the price of the stay alone! We were upgraded to a suite when our booked room wasn’t immediately available. Highly recommend!

The description “panoramic Mountain View” was a gross exaggeration. The view was a parking lot, route 23, and then a small mountain. The valley views were probably much nicer. The walls were thin and the water pressure low, but everything was clean, the large lounge area was nice and had the valley views, which was beautiful. All in all not bad, but felt misled by the description.
