We really liked the property overall. The rooms were a bit dated in a couple of things, but in general was surprisingly nice. The front desk manager was super friendly, and even brought Ice directly to us since the machine was down. He made us feel warm and welcome to the property, and we could tell took pride in what he did. If you're looking for a nice, pleasant place to stay (in walking distance of a few nice restaurants) , this may be the place for you.

Our king sized room was quite large. The room was clean everything in good shape. The shower was awesome nice and big. Appreciated free parking and no resort fee. Close to restaurants didn’t have to go far.

My stay was good. The hotel met my needs of a place to shower and sleep. It great that its right off the main road and that there are plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. The staff was great and the hotel is economical. The only issues i had were that one of the window curtains had what looked to be a red dried mucus and the bathroom had 2 or 3 stains/smears on the door of a bug being smashed and not wiped off. Also my phone reception (A Tea and Tea) did not work inside the room. I had to go across the parking lot, where the grass area is at to get service. But other than that, my stay was good.

Beds and room were clean, however, the bed and pillows were super hard. We went to Ross to buy pillows while we there because it was so uncomfortable. Asked for a late check out, they would only give 30 minutes and when I went back to get ice at 12:30, no one was at the hotel. Would not stay here again even though it was clean, just bc they won\'t do a later check out than 30 minutes and the beds were so uncomfortable. But it was clean!

This little motel is just what we needed in South Tahoe. Off the main drag and walkable to many restaurants for breakfast and dimner. Theoutside is fetting a fresh coat of paint and our room was recently renovated. Very clean, great king mattress and quiet. The proprietor was very friendly and is a hard worker...you can tell by the beautiful lawn! If youre looking for a clean no frills place, this is it!

This was a last minute booking to get us in the Tahoe area a day early in case the roads closed and it was a nice, little surprise! Rooms are small, but look recently updated in the living area and having a microwave was a big plus for us. Front desk staff was friendly.

I’ve stayed here In the summer a couple times. It is very easy to get in and out and the rooms are clean. There is a nice breakfast spot next door. The people who run it are nice and accommodating. For the money it works great.

Location is great, right next to hwy-50. I was initially concerned about traffic noise, to my surprise i didn't hear much noise. Before we came i was also worried about late check-in. I called frontdest ahead of time, we checked-in around 10:30pm had no problem.

The rooms were very nice. The owners were even nicer. It was about a block to walk to pizza for dinner and a cafe for breakfast, both of which had great food. It was the last night of a ten day/nine night road trip, and it one of the nicest places we stayed, and for a reasonable price. Do recommend.

This little motel is just what we needed in South Tahoe. Off the main drag and walkable to many restaurants for breakfast and dimner. Theoutside is fetting a fresh coat of paint and our room was recently renovated. Very clean, great king mattress and quiet. The proprietor was very friendly and is a hard worker...you can tell by the beautiful lawn! If youre looking for a clean no frills place, this is it!

I’ve stayed here In the summer a couple times. It is very easy to get in and out and the rooms are clean. There is a nice breakfast spot next door. The people who run it are nice and accommodating. For the money it works great.

My family and I stayed here for 2 nights and we had a good stay. Room was decent, comfortable and clean. Check in was fast and staff was friendly and very nice to reccomend where to eat & places to go. I would come back here :)

Reasonably priced - clean large rooms - no issues. Good pizza place within walking distance which was good because we didn't want to have to drive to dinner.

Staff was excellent in assisting me with a late check in. The room was comfortable and actually quiet. Parking was in front of room for ease of unloading. Real good stay.

Great location overall. Reasonably priced for big weekend. Staff were super friendly. Rooms are updated (even though it is an older place) new furniture and bathroom fixtures. Quiet, good parking, fridge and microwave. Will definitely stay again

We were leaving early the next morning for backpacking. Was able to get a room here at a great rate. Had a late arrival but the person at the counter was super friendly and got us checked in quickly. Room was as to be expected for a motel but was clean and had everything needed. Would definitely stay here again!
