O hotel é muito bem localizado, charmoso, antigo e muito bem conservado. O café da manhã é excelente e a equipe é extremamente educada, atenciosa e solícita. Porém, alguns pontos ficaram abaixo do que esperamos de um hotel cinco estrelas. Ficamos inicialmente no quarto 26, que era pequeno, sem espaço adequado para as malas. Os travesseiros eram sintéticos e de qualidade ruim e, em vez de um edredom de casal, havia dois de solteiro. O pior ponto foi a falta de blackout. Havia uma luz externa muito forte em frente ao quarto e, durante a noite, parecia que era dia lá dentro, prejudicando bastante o sono. Ao reclamarmos, a equipe foi extremamente gentil e imediatamente nos ofereceu um upgrade para uma suíte, o que agradecemos muito. Na suíte havia máquina de café expresso, algo que, na minha opinião, deveria existir em todos os quartos de um hotel cinco estrelas. O bar também fecha muito cedo, deixando poucas opções à noite. É um hotel muito bom, com ótima localização, excelente café da manhã e atendimento impecável. Mas, pelos detalhes de conforto e estrutura, especialmente a falta de blackout e a qualidade dos travesseiros, não considero que entregue uma experiência realmente cinco estrelas.

A superb hotel, and I'm struggling to think of a better one that I've stayed at. Helpful and friendly staff, a great room (27), spotlessly clean throughout, lovely breakfast, and wonderfully located in the Old Town.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and it certainly won’t be my last. For me, hospitality is all about customer service, and the staff here truly sets the standard. Every team member was friendly, attentive, and always available to help with anything we needed—from recommending the best restaurants in town to arranging spa at times that suited our schedule. At check-in, we were kindly offered a room upgrade because we had more luggage than would comfortably fit in a standard room. The upgraded room was absolutely beautiful—spacious, elegant, and luxurious. It genuinely felt like staying in a palace. The breakfast experience was exceptional. The selection was incredible, with everything you could possibly want for breakfast, all prepared with outstanding quality and freshness. A special thank you to Sergia, who was incredibly kind and made our morning memorable with her warm service and attention to detail. One of my favorite features of the hotel is the spa. Having the space reserved privately for your use makes it feel truly special. Walking into the grotto-style area with the pool and sauna was exactly what we needed after a long flight. It was the perfect way to relax, unwind, and fully transition into vacation mode. Thank you to the entire team for providing such a wonderful experience. Your dedication to making guests feel welcome and cared for is truly appreciated. I’m already looking forward to my next stay!

The location is perfect. The staff were very helpful and had a genuinely positive attitude toward guests. We also appreciated that early check-in and late check-out were possible without any extra charge. The hotel’s design is stylish and thoughtfully done, and overall cleanliness was excellent. Our room did have a slight smell at first, but opening the windows quickly fixed it. That said, you can notice a few areas that could use some renovation. They’re minor details, but in a hotel that positions itself as top-tier in Vilnius, these things tend to stand out more. We were a bit surprised that water isn’t refilled daily—only a small 330 ml bottle is provided at the start. On the plus side, the welcome praline was a nice touch. Breakfast is tasty, although the selection is somewhat limited. Overall, it’s a very good place, but I’m not entirely sure it justifies the price.
