Got denied access to normal dinner food or the party in new years despite being told earlier it was included in the room rate by head of kitchen without paying $500. Later learnt that this was just not formal request from the hotel and only requested by head of kitchen. Total mess.

We had a great time and highly recommend staying here. The staff is amazing, the place is beautiful, surrounded by see and mountains. The room was big, beautiful and clean. The food is very good. We did all inclusive which we did not regret. We also booked a night hike to st Cathrine and a Canyon tour through Bob at the hotel which were great experiences. All in all highly recommended!

Friendly staff provided a warm welcome and took every opportunity to check my needs were being met throughout my stay, providing for a thoroughly relaxing vacation. Overall, the place is great and the beach is beautiful, offering plenty of activities to enjoy. While relaxing by the beach, you can experience breathtaking views of both the sunrise and sunset. I really like this place and would love to visit again
