Most international flights arrive early in the morning. After a long-haul flight and multiple connections, travelers are exhausted and simply want a decent place to rest. That is one of the main reasons we book a good hotel. Before my trip, I specifically emailed the hotel’s Guest Services team regarding my early-morning arrival. I was told that they would accommodate me with an early check-in, subject to room availability. When I arrived at around 4:00 AM on September 5, however, the two gentlemen at the reception immediately refused to provide me with a room and told me that no rooms were available until 2:00 PM approximately 10 hours later. After a lengthy discussion, they offered me a room for half a day for Rs. 35,000. I calmly pointed out that I had already paid approximately Rs. 30,000 for a full day, so being asked to pay Rs. 35,000 for half a day did not make much sense. Unfortunately, after such a long journey, I was exhausted and in no position to continue arguing. I eventually paid the additional amount. After being repeatedly told that no rooms were available until 2:00 PM, a room somehow appeared immediately after I agreed to pay the additional charge. For comparison, Marriott Islamabad and Serena Islamabad have always stood by what their Guest Services teams communicated to me. On previous occasions, with similar early-morning arrival times. I hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously. The front desk experience makes a huge difference,

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing stay at the hotel\. From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and attentive throughout our visit\. The facilities were exceptional — genuinely top\-notch and world\-class\. Everything was beautifully maintained, and the level of service was outstanding\. A fantastic experience from start to finish\. The staff really went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and first\-class facilities\. Thank you for such a wonderful stay\!

Ett väldigt bra hotel där jag bott vid flera tillfällen. Denna gång var jag ensam och stannade en natt 29 till 30 augusti. Jag hade ett executive rum som personalen tacksamt uppgraderade till executive suite. Jag måste lyfta fram hotellets ” pick and drop ” service från flygplatsen som är otroligt uppskattad. Receptionen professionella bemötande och service, frukost buffén,executive loungen och urvalet av restauranger på våning 20 och 21. Vi testade restaurang Koh med pakistanska rätter på våning 21 vilket var en fantastisk upplevelse. Nu till det som dessvärre sänker betyget lite grann. Det har ett spa och gym på våning 0 där det finns en del lokal personal som inte överhuvudtaget lever upp till den standard som Mövenpick bör relateras till. Jämt och ständigt är det tjafs och olämpligt beteende mellan denna personal framför kunder och olämpligt språk bruk sinsemellan. Detta är femte tillfället som jag övernattat på Mövenpick under 2026 och har erfarit detta varje gång på Spa anläggningen vilket är otroligt beklagligt. Dessvärre är renligheten inte den bästa runt matbord , golv, fönsterbrädor inne i frukost buffé hallen. Personalen behöver nog fokusera mer på städning istället för att fokusera på att snabbt plocka bort tallrikar från gäster som sitter och äter vilket blir ett irriterande moment i frukost upplevelsen . Överlag det klart bästa hotellet och hela Islamabad enligt min åsikt.
