Al jaren kom ik hier en blijft een uitstekend hotel. Goede service, heerlijke kamer, mooie bad amenities, minibar (beperkt) maar voor free en een uitstekend ontbijt. Zeer vriendelijk personeel, kortom gewoon alles is goed!

Tolle Lage und schönes gemütliches Zimmer. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut. Super war auch, dass die Getränke aus der Minibar inklusive waren. Geparkt hatten wir im Parkhaus in der Luisenstraße.

Clean and modern hotel in great location close to shops, cafes, trams. Construction at the end of the block was noisy at times but otherwise quiet.Ten minute walk to the Rhein, Carlsplaz and Konigsalee. They offer breakfast for a fee but it would have been nice to have coffee/tea in the rooms.

My first room smelled like dog urine. The beds are very hard, if this is an issue for you, stay away. The breakfast is fine and the area for it is great. No amenities nor gym, very pricy for this. I was there for K Show, so prices were high in general

Grundsätzlich gut. Online-Checkin und Gepäckaufbewahrung haben gut funktioniert, auch wenn ich mich zu keiner Zeit mit einem Ausweis authentifiziert habe. Folgende Punkte haben mir nicht gefallen, für eine Nacht konnte ich allerdings damit leben. Im Taschentuchspender waren nur wenige Blätter. Bei der Duschkabine gab es keine Tür, wodurch das Badezimmer und der Flurbereich beim Duschen überschwemmt wurden

Das Hotel hat eine gute und ruhige Lage, trotz Stadtmitte. Das Zimmer war recht groß, vor allem das Bad. (104) Es war alles sauber und ordentlich Auch das Frühstück war gut, nicht überladen und gut hergerichtet. Parken müsste man außerhalb, in unserem Fall in einem Parkhaus für stolze 40€, bei 2 Nächten.

Super goed hotel! Alles goed gelegen op loopafstand. 2 min punten. Geen eigen parkeerplek / parkeergarage. Voor de deur kan je parkeren tegen kosten van 9 tot 20 uur. Van 20-tot 9:00 uur gratis parkeren. Ik vond zelf de bed niet lekker liggen. Voor de rest super hotel!

Great base to explore the town centre and Altstadt on foot. The room was great for 1 person, might be a little cramped for a couple for more than 1 night. Coffee or a kettle in the room would be a good edition. I was a little disappointed in the bread/pastry selection at breakfast. Room was good value for money and I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Mittelmäßiges Hotel mit gutem Frühstück. Unser Gepäck wurde auf dem WC fürs Personal aufbewahrt.Das von uns gebuchte Zimmer war nicht im besten Zustand. Wir haben es als etwas abgewohnt empfunden. Es könnte einen neuen Anstrich vertragen. Das Bad ist nicht nicht gefliest und gewöhnungsbedürftig Die Lage ist gut, es ist alles zu Fuß erreichbar.

Das Zimmer entspricht nicht mehr dem Anspruch des Hotels. Alles ist lose und defekt. Zimmer war nicht sauber bei der Ankunft. Badmüll voll, Kippen im Aschenbecher auf dem Balkon. Das Frühstück ist leider nur noch Mittelmaß. Nichts besonderes mehr. Wir waren bestimmt zum fünften Mal dort und bei jedem Aufenthalt wurde die Qualität und der Service schlechter. Man gibt sich keine Mühe mehr. Rezeption nur selten besetzt. Wir werden dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen. LEIDER! Anfangs waren wir begeistert von dem liebevoll geführten Hotel. Leider nichts mehr davon übrig geblieben.

We had an excellent experience staying at The Fritz . Great room - spacious and comfortable, spotlessly clean and the staff were really nice and always helpful. Breakfast was also excellent and served in a lovely area - the whole hotel has a good atmosphere. It’s in a quiet street but everywhere is very accessible for walking to. Highly recommended.

On the negative side - being waked up at 8.10 in the morning due to housekeeping thinking it’s a good idea to star at vaccum clean the carpets in the corridor just outside our room (207). Front desk helped us to change room to (101) however in the very early morning when kitchen staff starts working - the noice gets up the staircase because the staircase door by front desk isn’t closed. So good ideas to stay higher up in the hotel. The bathroom lighting is problematic, it turns on automatically and the bathroom walls are all in glass - so when going in the night, it will bake up your partner, not ideal. Positive - very good location, comfortable bed and linen, good shower, very good staff in front desk and breakfast service,

Rarely give reviews but happy to in this case. The Fritz is a lovely hotel. Roughly a 15 minute walk to the main station, and about 10 minutes to the central area of Dussuldorf, we found it was an ideal location that meant we didn't feel the need to use public transport at all. The room was large and spotlessly clean, and we agreed that the shower was the best we had ever used! The breakfast offered plenty of choice (although no fried/grill options) and was all beautifully presented. The restaurant is Michelin starred for those looking for fine dining in the evening. Would definitely make this a first choice if I was to return to Dusseldorf.

Folgende Anmerkungen: - Duschtemperatur liess sich nur schwer regeln, da Regler kaum drehbar - bei Fernbedienung Fernseher war Batterie leer (kurzfristig selbst ausgetauscht) - wie komischerweise in fast allen Hotels, keine Aufhängmöglichkeit für eine Handtuch am Waschbecken - Frühstück qualitativ sehr gut, mit frischen Eierspeisen nach Wunsch (Rührei oder so) dann wirklich optimal

2023年5月に6泊しました。欧州らしい雰囲気とお洒落なセンスがミックスした快適で隠れ家のようなホテルでした。規模は小さく建物も古いですが、私の部屋は水回りを含め、綺麗にまったく問題なくメンテナンスされてました。朝食は特に素晴らしかった。個人的にはDUSで一番好きなホテルになりました。
