Loved location, loved the vibe of the area being so close to the coffee cafes, quaint little shops and great places to eat with family and the beach was walking distance ( though it rained the whole time but that’s nature). Easy to get to and parking was fantastic. Was a tad cosy on a wet day as the weather was just miserable and going out was not really an option but would stay again but would opt for a bigger apartment.

Our surprise was we had booked a 1 bedroom unit. After getting our keys and findind unit. Looked like we had an upgrade. A stunning 3 floor unit waited for us. All amenities were still available absolutely beautiful. We were informed that the pool was out of commission but travelling to the beach wasnt hard. Clean quiet loved it. Going back again.

Loved the apartment. Above what we were expecting. Air con not working in main bedroom was the only letdown. Indoor swimming pool spa & sauna was fantastic. Thai restaurant in premises was great. We could walk into town easily. Would definitely book here again.

Went to check in and no one was there, 3 of us were waiting. We tried calling the number the mobile number at reception but the phone was left in the office. Eventually someone came after waiting, I would suggest bringing the phone if you’re helping other people at the villa. Room was okay was dusty in some areas, no microwave and small fridge not great. Parking was hit or miss there is a back area for parking, but it was full just parked on at the front.

Few issues we had…dishwasher wasn’t cleaning properly, fridge water wasn’t running properly, the upstairs bed would squeak every time the kids moved in it, waking us up. The en-suite bathroom basins/taps didn’t fit each other so it was very hard to wash hands. The upstairs balcony was lovely to sit and relax however the downstairs balcony furniture was too dirty to sit on. The air con from upstairs was also dripping on to the downstairs balcony. The vila could do with a bigger kitchen bin. Pool is nothing to get excited about but nice and close to the beach and close to the shops. Lockable garage and clothes line to dry wet towels and bathers.

The fact we had our own undercover single car carport was awesome (including open door area), the room layout was impressive, the washing machine and dyer in our room was a first for us. The outdoor area with our own BBQ was exceptional, the Queen size bed was extremely comfortable. Well situated with easy walking distance to all amenities.

This is an excellent location, particularly on a busy long weekend when parking is so hard - walking to the beach, cafes, shopping, pub. The room was good, though the shared entrances were a surprise. There is an outdoor area for seating though smokers used it a bit. Bed was comfortable, lots of people disregarded the accessibility sign on parking and used them without permits which was frustrating.

Rooms extremely dated, everything was dusty, all the blinds broken and held together with sticky tape. Walls and bins where filthy and marked. Dishes, glass wear in cupboard where filthy with old crushed on food. Shower head wouldn’t stay up while showering. Very overpriced for what you actually get. Can hear neighbouring rooms and toilet through the walls. Property about ten years overdue refurb for prices charged. Then they expect you to wash your own dishes and put your own bins out? Complete joke!

Great location. The upstairs TV is not connected to any signal. Some of the furnishings could do with a clean. Lounge pillows were grubby. Lots of dust if you look closely.

Ideal location, however quality of accommodation substandard. Shower / bath did not drain effectively, furnishings are clean but very dated and ‘flimsy’. Cutlery in the kitchen was dirty, thus we didn’t use the kitchen for any eating. You are even required to strip your bed of bedclothes yourself upon departure.

The room was very small and tired. No where to put our bags. The duvet was grubby and stained. Good location to walk on into town for food etc but the room needs a freshen up, paint dingy etc.

Travelling down to Dunsborough for a wedding, location was perfectly situated a 2 minute walk to the coast with multiple cafes, eateries and a brewery surrounding it. The room was spacious and well maintained, generally supporting a very relaxing atmosphere

A centrally located property within easy walking distance of all Dunsborough's attractions. The apartment room I stayed in while comfortable & well appointed had only one small frosted glass window & therefore lacked natural light. The rooms decor & furnishings are also dark and do not reflect the light, colour & beauty of the local environment which is a shame.That said, the staff are friendly, the location great and other accommodation options may provide a more authentic Dunsborough experience.

Situation of the property is good however the property is aging and needs repairs to. the property the room we had the door was sticking and a little hard to open.all the clings were broken and in need of repair or replace and they had a lot of dust on them and I think the price was a little high.

The property was perfect for two people. It had all the amenities we could ask for, the bed was extremely comfortable and having two full bathrooms, one with a spa, was a bonus. We loved the oriental inspired décor. Parking right outside the door was good. Being within walking distance to all the shops and eateries was great as there is such a selection. Three supermarkets within reach was also good. The complex is also very close to the beach with more cafes and water craft hire, or just swimming with the stingrays. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and the staff were all friendly and helpful.

It was very nice but we had trouble getting our key because we were using the “ other” key box punch pad. There were two boxes and we used the bigger one several times to no avail. We a bit frantic. No one yo call at 7.30 pm at night. Luckily we tried the other key pad and that worked. Had trouble finding our unit. Map on the door not that easy to see or read

Went to check in and no one was there, 3 of us were waiting. We tried calling the number the mobile number at reception but the phone was left in the office. Eventually someone came after waiting, I would suggest bringing the phone if you’re helping other people at the villa. Room was okay was dusty in some areas, no microwave and small fridge not great. Parking was hit or miss there is a back area for parking, but it was full just parked on at the front.

A lovely spot to stay whilst we discovered the Margaret River region. Close to everything in town easily walkable. Bamboo Thai restaurant fabulous. Great service from the onsite manager who was always happy to help.

Dunsborough was under an evacuation order as there was a wildfire in town. The front desk staff was beyond helpful in organizing our exit.

Thanks for the great service. Central location and wonderful stay. Thanks also to the wonderful staff who collected my dress from the wardrobe I left behind and popped it straight into the post back to me. We will definitely be back for another wonderful weekender. I highly recommend this place

Loved location, loved the vibe of the area being so close to the coffee cafes, quaint little shops and great places to eat with family and the beach was walking distance ( though it rained the whole time but that’s nature). Easy to get to and parking was fantastic. Was a tad cosy on a wet day as the weather was just miserable and going out was not really an option but would stay again but would opt for a bigger apartment.

The property location is fantastic in the heart of town within walking distance to the beach, shops, and Cafes. Apartment-style room with a safe, spa, and comfortable beds. The only negative was no kitchen area. Was always able to get parking on location. Overall a great spot and stay, would definitely book again.

What a week! Travelling on my own and being able to walk everywhere in town was great. The Pour House is great, Occys brewery is right there and even the local pub. Beautiful area... Wish I could have stayed longer. Thank you 👍😊

Loved the apartment. Above what we were expecting. Air con not working in main bedroom was the only letdown. Indoor swimming pool spa & sauna was fantastic. Thai restaurant in premises was great. We could walk into town easily. Would definitely book here again.

The property was perfect for two people. It had all the amenities we could ask for, the bed was extremely comfortable and having two full bathrooms, one with a spa, was a bonus. We loved the oriental inspired décor. Parking right outside the door was good. Being within walking distance to all the shops and eateries was great as there is such a selection. Three supermarkets within reach was also good. The complex is also very close to the beach with more cafes and water craft hire, or just swimming with the stingrays. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and the staff were all friendly and helpful.

The unit was a bit old and the BBQ had definatley seen better days! Could have used some newer pans to cook with and a few more bits of cutlery and cooking utensils that weren't falling apart. The fridge was very loud too and kept waking us up - did consider turning it off during the night. But staff were very friendly and location was great.

Very helpful and friendly reception staff. Our one bedroom park view villa was fabulous. Very clean, very spacious, with a downstairs patio and upstairs balcony. Covered parking outside the door. Great location with several bars, cafes and restaurants within a short walking distance. Very close the the beach.
