We had an absolutely unforgettable stay at this property! Our family gathered here for a surprise 80th birthday celebration for our dad, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. One of the biggest highlights was having my brother, his wife, and their children fly in all the way from Israel as a surprise, making this the first time in many years that our entire family was together under one roof.This space was perfect! The home was clean, spacious and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We shared meals, laughter, and countless memories, all in a space that felt like home.The indoor pool and outdoor hot tub were the highlight of our stay for the kiddos! From young ones, right up to our teens! The games room kept all the kids entertained and having a blast the entire time, which was such a gift for the adults, too!The hosts were incredibly responsive and kind. Anytime we had a question or needed help with anything, they responded promptly and made sure we were well taken care of. This property was ideal for our group get away .There was ample room for all10 of us lots to keep everyone interested from the pool sauna hottub games room I would definitely recommend it. The host are very accommodating and easy to reach for any incidentals We are already talking about rebooking again.The only down side it could use a good spring cleaning

The size of the house is perfect for a large family and has plenty of options for activities. Unfortunately, the pool was out of service during our stay but we still enjoyed the game room, hot tub, and sauna.

Had a great time at this house, the hot tub was awesome in the cold weather, the views are also nice.unfortunately the pool was super cold due to the pool heater being broken.But other than that, great location!

We had a fantastic stay in this West Kelowna house with 4 couples. The views were stunning—saw eagles and deer right from the patio! The indoor pool and sauna were a hit, and we spent hours in the game room with the pool and foosball tables. The BBQ was huge and perfect for group dinners, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Great location too—close to amazing wineries and we even went cherry picking just 10 minutes away. A few small repairs are needed, but overall it was a great spot for a fun and relaxing getaway with friends!

This was our second stay at Rosehill Estate and it was perfect for our whole family (13 people). Check-in was very smooth - they went above and beyond. And communication was excellent during our entire stay. The views are absolutely stunning and the house, especially the kitchen, is equipped with everything visitors could need. We spent so much time in the pool and hot tub - you don’t need to leave the estate unless you want to. Thank you for another wonderful stay. We’ll be back!

I was on a mission to bring Okanagan wine to Las Vegas and invited close friends to accompany me because I knew the region was simply gorgeous! Ryan & Yolanda's home was ideal in terms of location, midpoint between the center of town across the bridge and its proximity to the Oliver wine region where I did most of my work. The views were magnificent. The home is a little dated BUT, it felt very welcoming, clean, had just the right amenities to keep everyone busy. Bottom line, Canadians are just wonderful people and the hosts of this home are ALL THAT!

Stayed at this property due to its location and as a gathering place for family and friends attending a Celebration of Life. It is well laid out for a large group and plenty of beds and bathrooms. The pool, hot tub, sauna, games room, tv theatre room, kitchen, dining, living rooms were all enjoyed. Communication with the host was fast and efficient and clear. So overall a great stay. Just a few small things could be touched up (tips on pool cues, running toilet in master bedroom and maybe a deep clean or replacement of the carpet on the upper floor), but overall a fantastic place to stay and in our situation decompress from a stressful time. Would definitely stay again. That view though! Stunning.

Location is a very far drive from downtown town but the listing is honest about needing a car. Views are amazing so that makes up for the drive! Some landscaping or tree trimming to help with the view is needed. Some furniture is worn down especially the out door furniture but overall everything was clean and in working order. The temp control in the house isn’t great as some rooms were extremely hot and others were cold (maybe we were doing something wrong to control temp). The pool could stand to be between 82-85 degrees maybe just my personal preference but 80 degrees for an indoor pool is pretty chilly for anyone I think. The house is missing a broom as we could only find a dust pan just for future reference not sure if it had just broke or something with a previous renter and there would normally be one. Overall it was amazing and I would still give 5 stars.

Comfortable. Wonderful kitchen with every imaginable convenience. Great area for walks. Very nice deck, comfortable chairs. Barbecue worked well. Large open area conducive to family dining and playing .Overall comfortable beds and lots of washrooms.

Had a great stay at Rosehill Estate. Plenty of rooms and washrooms. The views were amazing! If you’re not interested in being right downtown this is a great place for you. If you have plans to go downtown just plan ahead to book urides and plan for traffic on the bridge. Would stay again

Myself and six friends visited the Kelowna area to do some hiking, biking, and boating, and stayed here, the property is set away in a quiet location with great views of the lake. Lots of space for everyone to have their own quiet time as needed. Very comfortable and, easy to get a great night sleep in such a quiet environment. Would recommend to anyone that is coming with a group of six or above, this would suit you well.

This is the second time we have stayed at Rosehill Estate. The property is gorgeous and, more importantly, the hosts are amazing at communication and responsiveness — the best I have ever experienced with a vacation rental.

We had an absolutely unforgettable stay at this property! Our family gathered here for a surprise 80th birthday celebration for our dad, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. One of the biggest highlights was having my brother, his wife, and their children fly in all the way from Israel as a surprise, making this the first time in many years that our entire family was together under one roof.This space was perfect! The home was clean, spacious and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We shared meals, laughter, and countless memories, all in a space that felt like home.The indoor pool and outdoor hot tub were the highlight of our stay for the kiddos! From young ones, right up to our teens! The games room kept all the kids entertained and having a blast the entire time, which was such a gift for the adults, too!The hosts were incredibly responsive and kind. Anytime we had a question or needed help with anything, they responded promptly and made sure we were well taken care of. Their attentiveness truly added to the experience.This was one of the best family gatherings we’ve ever had, and this home played such a huge part in that. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-maintained place to create lifelong memories.

This property is a perfect family getaway oasis, even when or especially when the weather is not ideal. The views and the amenities, indoor and out, are amazing. The communication, checkin process and access to all amenities were seamless; all expectations were met and more.

This was our second stay at Rosehill Estate and it was perfect for our whole family (13 people). Check-in was very smooth - they went above and beyond. And communication was excellent during our entire stay. The views are absolutely stunning and the house, especially the kitchen, is equipped with everything visitors could need. We spent so much time in the pool and hot tub - you don’t need to leave the estate unless you want to. Thank you for another wonderful stay. We’ll be back!

Lovely property with responsive management. We had a little glitch at the beginning, but the managers put a plan in place, and we barely noticed. Instead, the adults focused on the view and the kids had a fabulous time in the pool. The whole house is amazingly well stocked with everything from kitchen equipment to pool noodles. I look forward to staying there again.

Overall it was a nice house! You will have fun staying in this house! They have everything you need!! Very kids friendly as well! The only downside is the location is very far to Kelowna downtown. If you only plan to stay in West Kelowna area would be fine, otherwise you will need to expect a minimum 45 min to go to the other side.

Comfortable. Wonderful kitchen with every imaginable convenience. Great area for walks. Very nice deck, comfortable chairs. Barbecue worked well. Large open area conducive to family dining and playing .Overall comfortable beds and lots of washrooms.

I was on a mission to bring Okanagan wine to Las Vegas and invited close friends to accompany me because I knew the region was simply gorgeous! Ryan & Yolanda's home was ideal in terms of location, midpoint between the center of town across the bridge and its proximity to the Oliver wine region where I did most of my work. The views were magnificent. The home is a little dated BUT, it felt very welcoming, clean, had just the right amenities to keep everyone busy. Bottom line, Canadians are just wonderful people and the hosts of this home are ALL THAT!

Had a great stay at Rosehill Estate. Plenty of rooms and washrooms. The views were amazing! If you’re not interested in being right downtown this is a great place for you. If you have plans to go downtown just plan ahead to book urides and plan for traffic on the bridge. Would stay again

We had a fantastic stay in this West Kelowna house with 4 couples. The views were stunning—saw eagles and deer right from the patio! The indoor pool and sauna were a hit, and we spent hours in the game room with the pool and foosball tables. The BBQ was huge and perfect for group dinners, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Great location too—close to amazing wineries and we even went cherry picking just 10 minutes away. A few small repairs are needed, but overall it was a great spot for a fun and relaxing getaway with friends!

Myself and six friends visited the Kelowna area to do some hiking, biking, and boating, and stayed here, the property is set away in a quiet location with great views of the lake. Lots of space for everyone to have their own quiet time as needed. Very comfortable and, easy to get a great night sleep in such a quiet environment. Would recommend to anyone that is coming with a group of six or above, this would suit you well.

Location is a very far drive from downtown town but the listing is honest about needing a car. Views are amazing so that makes up for the drive! Some landscaping or tree trimming to help with the view is needed. Some furniture is worn down especially the out door furniture but overall everything was clean and in working order. The temp control in the house isn’t great as some rooms were extremely hot and others were cold (maybe we were doing something wrong to control temp). The pool could stand to be between 82-85 degrees maybe just my personal preference but 80 degrees for an indoor pool is pretty chilly for anyone I think. The house is missing a broom as we could only find a dust pan just for future reference not sure if it had just broke or something with a previous renter and there would normally be one. Overall it was amazing and I would still give 5 stars.

Stayed at this property due to its location and as a gathering place for family and friends attending a Celebration of Life. It is well laid out for a large group and plenty of beds and bathrooms. The pool, hot tub, sauna, games room, tv theatre room, kitchen, dining, living rooms were all enjoyed. Communication with the host was fast and efficient and clear. So overall a great stay. Just a few small things could be touched up (tips on pool cues, running toilet in master bedroom and maybe a deep clean or replacement of the carpet on the upper floor), but overall a fantastic place to stay and in our situation decompress from a stressful time. Would definitely stay again. That view though! Stunning.

What a great location for our group of nine adults. The kitchen, great room, BBQ and deck were perfect for enjoying our meals. We also enjoyed the hot tub, pool and tennis court!We didn’t find it very clean and some linens were missing. The interior needs to be painted in some of the main areas and landscaping needs a lot of work.

Beautiful place with so many amenities . We were 7 adults and 6 Children and every one found a place to enjoy , some in the Hot tub , others in the pool or Sauna , playing cards or snooker . We even designed a World Cup football tournament . It was fun for every one . We enjoy the place and thanks to Ray for a smooth check in and out .

We booked for the hot tub and pool. The hot tub was not working. We opened it to discover cold, gross, green water full of hair and other debris. We let the host know the day we arrived and he had someone come look at it 4 days later. They did not fix it so we were not able to use it at all. The owner stopped responding to me when I requested a partial refund. We were so excited to celebrate a family 80th birthday and did not get to stay in the place we thought we were booking. The house is in a good location for driving to vineyards but there was garbage littered over the entire property outdoors. The place is quite run down and not cleaned or stocked well. Some beds didn't even have sheets and we had to buy towels so people could have more than one bath towel. There was only one dish towel, as well. The kitchen chairs and patio furniture need to be thrown away. This place seems like it is booked by large groups for parties and never cleaned up, repaired, or re-stocked afterwards.

Overall was a great property for a large group. Tons of beds, bedrooms, washrooms. Pool was clean. Big property. The tennis court had all the sport equipment (tennis, pickleball, basketball). Lots of amenities not that far away really. Room for improvement:Hot tub is showing its age, and we had to replace the water half way throughMany of the chairs inside and out have broken seatsLack of towels, dish towels, etc (we bought some and left behind)Pillows are all random sizes, don't really fit in the coversFor the cost per night and advertised as luxurious, we would expect a little more investment / maintenance. Despite this we would return for another trip!
