Secluded Mountain Cabin in Wardensville!

The property is very nice, very clean and very well outfitted. A few minor comments:suggestions…1) the grill desperately needs cleaned. It was flaring up quite a bit. 2) You should advise people that the hot tub takes several hours to heat up. 3) the jets in the in-door tub do not seem to work. Overall, excellent place, excellent view and excellent location. Will definitely be back!

Fantastic cabin with great views of the surrounding area. Loved the fire pit which had plenty of quality firewood. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need for your stay.

Beautiful cabin on a secluded hilltop. Amazing view from front porch. If you want to getaway and recharge, then this is the place. The only issue was that hot tub water was “mello yello” in color which prevented us from using it the first night. This was a small inconvenience but otherwise, we would definitely return for another stay!

Me and my family loved our stay. We loved the views and how beautifully decorated it was. We spent a lot of time in the hot tub and fire pit, soaking up nature.

This cabin is extremely nice and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. It's charmingly decorated, the kitchen is stocked with all cooking amenities, the bed was comfortable, the fire pit and hot tub were awesome and the grounds were perfect for our dog. We enjoyed sitting on the porch watching the birds, taking in the mountain view and just plain old enjoying the solitude. We even had some deer visit. All around just a wonderful stay!

Cozy cabin, excellent views and privacy! The cabin is well stocked and comfortable. We enjoyed the fire pit and the hot tub in the evenings and coffee in the rockers on the front porch in the morning.

What an amazing place! We loved the views and the privacy. The firepit and hot tub were awesome amenities. Our dogs also enjoyed the space to run and explore. It had everything we needed for a quiet weekend getaway.

The cabin was exactly as advertised. Hot tub was very relaxing, the peace, quiet, serenity of the location was most welcome. We will definitely consider returning! Thank you!

This is a wonderful cabin tucked away all by itself on a mountain so you get the views, the solitude and quiet of nature but in the middle from Shenandoah National Park and Winchester. There is also near Winchester this lovely Bed and Breakfast that has upscale French cuisine that is so good called L’Auberge Provencale. So from the cabin it takes 45 mins - 1hr to get to these places but the drive is beautiful and there are wineries along the way. Historical Winchester is a must see and Skyline Drive in Shenandoah is a beautiful drive. There is also a restaurant along this drive about 35 miles in which we didn’t stop at but definitely would like to on the way back. The cabin itself is fully equipped need nothing! It’s beautiful, the beds are very comfortable, each bedroom has a quit ceiling fan and windows with screens in them (which you don’t always see). They leave you with plenty of towels, linens and cleaning supplies for dishes and laundry. The shocker for us was the well stocked fire pit! They leave you with lots and lots of already cut wood! We so loved that cause we have never seen any place do that for you. The decor is beautiful and the pictures don’t do it enough justice. We really loved this place!!

The reviews & pictures of this perfect little getaway cabin do not even do it justice! Booking was very easy and the communication with the property management was great. Arriving to the cabin, I was more than amazed at the beauty and the cleanliness of EVERYTHING! It was easy to see that there was great pride taken to prepare the cabin for our visit; from the complimentary bottle of local wine (a great and thoughtful welcome gift!) to the Welcome book that provided great tips on local stores, sights, & things to do during our stay. The property, the fire pit, the BBQ grill, the hot tub, the jacuzzi, and the cabin itself were all perfectly clean and well kept. This was great to disconnect from work and really relax and get connected with nature. We especially loved watching the woodpeckers and hummingbirds feed at the hummingbird feeder. Also, there were many thoughtful considerations made, like toddler accessories, tons of kitchen supplies, dishes, utensils… all which were great not to have to run to the store to buy for our visit. This was a perfect getaway at the perfect place… “Almost Heaven - WV Wild & Wonderful”! It was hard to leave, but we will come back again! Thank you for sharing your cabin with us. Rising each morning to see the mountains, clouds, and sunrises were equally as amazing as watching the sun go down. What a magical experience - pure perfection all the way around!

Beautiful construction, very well stocked kitchen, lovely front porch with great views, super comfortable beds. And a great location for exploring the surrounding areas. Highly recommend hikes in the Lost River state park, pizza and Lost & Found, and pool at Red's Broken Spoke.

Stayed at this cabin for the 4th of July weekend. The cabin was very clean and super cute!! This place was exactly as pictured, and perfect for secluded, much needed getaway!!!!! Highly recommend!

This is no question the best property we've ever stayed in. Spotless, superb attention to detail, peace and quiet galore.

My husband and i stayed here for our anniversary, and it was absolutely perfect. Cleanest vacation rental we have stayed in. Remote and relaxing with everthing tou need. Highly recommend

Our stay at the cabin was a fall paradise. The cabin is on a mountain with beautiful views. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen very loaded with everything I need to cook a family dinner. The hot tub was a relaxing treat after hiking. The location is perfect with miles of trails within 30 minutes. We did Big Schlos and witness the solar eclipse- magically. Other trails eagle rock and half moon worth doing. We had other family members staying nearby vrbo and all ate meals here. 5 stars thank you for taking thought into the cabin and all it offers the guest

Absolutely amazing view & cabin. We loved every minute of it and did not want to leave. Our pups enjoyed exploring while we enjoyed the peacefulness. We will definitely be returned very soon!

We had a great time staying here. It was our second time and again was great! The house is very clean, kitchen well stocked. The wildlife, the quiet, the peace of mind - priceless. Our kids were so happy after they found out that we coming back to the "wooden house in West Virginia".There is plenty of activities you can do around, starting with tons of hiking trails, caverns and ending with local charming shops and wineries. We recommend West Whitehill Winery in Moorefield.Sadly, we had to go back home, but we will be happy to come back.We would give this property six stars if we could.

I wanted somewhere quiet and secluded to celbrate my fiances 50th birthday. This place was it. We loved it and even though during the day you can hear some traffic the view takes you away. We had a very relaxing stay and the place was super clean and organized.
