No hot water for a shower the first whole day and nothing open to get a drink on the Monday I arrived

スタッフは丁寧な応対で満足しました。しかし基本的にホテル老朽化が激しく、バスタブ・シャワー・お部屋立派でしたが、お湯が冷たく熱くすることができませんでした、そのためシャワーを終え部屋に入るとクーラーが冷たく感じましたプール大きく立派でしたが老朽化が進み私たち2人が借り切り状態でした、ただ PM 4時過ぎから水泳教室が始まりますので使い勝手が悪かったです。
