Koh Mook Sivalai Beach Resort

Was nice getting welcomed in our mother language (German). The staff is very friendly and helpful. The manger of the restaurant was extraordinarily professional. Beach is great with wonderful sand and water is warm and pleasant. We will come again..

Hi. The hotel is on a beautiful place. The beach, sea, rooms and staff are lovely. What is lacking is attention to simple detail that should be led by management. The pool water gets full of leaves and the sides are covered in algae. This would be simple to fix and manage. The food is ok, but often served cold. The beach bar is never open. There are lots of lovely staff but they are not managed and seem to have plenty of time that could be focused on these things. I would stay again but it is just let down by somethings management could fix very easily if they cared.

All was perfect, bungalow front of the beach, very quiet except sometimesb the noise of boat. Nice beach. Food perfect. Staff perfect.

Breakfast is good my room ocean view

Got an old bongalow with open bathroom. Not worth 200 usd a night.
