Me quedaré unos días más , ha sido muy buena la atención , hoy cuando regrese habían limpiado mi cuarto, el ambiente ha sido muy tranquilo

Room had no towels, shampoo,or soap. When I went to call the front desk, there was no phone in the room. Using cell phone, front desk delivered towels and supplies. The next day maintenance came in to fix the phone. He was unable. Said he would be back. No one ever came back, we never had a phone in our room. In the 7 days that we stayed, the beds were made twice. The room had holes in the wall. The shower curtain rod was broken, so the shower curtain hung just in the middle. The ceiling was ripped and hanging down. Mold in the bathroom ceiling. The floor was never vacuumed and cleaned. The last night our room smelled like pot and our food was taken. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

Have us a room key to an already occupied room. Second room had blood stains on linen and cockroaches. Refused to give money back and had to find new hotel.
