Room was very clean despite a hole punched in the bathroom door. It was a good rom for the price. We expected our "accessible" room to be on the ground floor room but got put in 2nd floor which was hard with our ambulatory limitations. But all in all was a good stay. Nice staff. ample vending in the lobby. Would stay thete again.

Booked this as it was the only hotel within a 30 mile radius with a vacant room. I was placing in a smoking room first and had to ask to be moved to a non smoking room. I was reluctantly moved and treated poorly. The next room was extremely dirty.

Staff was rude, disrespectful and just let themselves in without knocking just came in and woman me up to tell me to be out by 12 when it wasn't even time

Room had no towels, shampoo,or soap. When I went to call the front desk, there was no phone in the room. Using cell phone, front desk delivered towels and supplies. The next day maintenance came in to fix the phone. He was unable. Said he would be back. No one ever came back, we never had a phone in our room. In the 7 days that we stayed, the beds were made twice. The room had holes in the wall. The shower curtain rod was broken, so the shower curtain hung just in the middle. The ceiling was ripped and hanging down. Mold in the bathroom ceiling. The floor was never vacuumed and cleaned. The last night our room smelled like pot and our food was taken. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.
