Hôtel très récent et doté de tout le confort moderne. Chambre avec terrasse qui donne sur la montagne. Mention spéciale pour tout le staff professionnel et souriant

Hotel Elements is beautiful but there’s some things that I consider as not worth a price. We stayed here, price per night was around £170, which is big enough for providing excellent room service… They did really poor cleaning, I understand that they trying to be eco friendly, we’re not asking for changing a beddings but they didn’t even vacuum hair from bed… Second thing I consider as hilarious in that hotel is that bed which supposed to be king size was just 2 single beds put together… we wake up during night being in hole in the middle of the bed as the mattress splits… Third thing that happened was cleaners disturb our privacy, they knocked on the door and open it straight away, so we didn’t have time to tell them to wait… I don’t know this should happen in that pricy hotel… and last thing that really matters is parking and here you have to pay 19€ per day !! So we rather to parked somewhere else… I thing it should be included in price

We stayed for 1 night and our stay was lovely. The hotel is located only a few steps away from the gondola which can take you to Skalnaté pleso or even Lomnický štít. The staff were extremely helpful. We arrived early and they managed to check us in straight away. The spa facilities were fantastic with lovely views. Food at the restaurant was delicious. The hotel is designed to a high standard with beautiful touches. We wished we could have stayed longer. We would highly recommend this hotel and hope we will stay again in future

This hotel is amazing i would really recommend it for families who love hiking in the mountains and having a perfectly relaxing spa hotel to retreat to before or after hiking. The kids room was also amazing and older kids have their own space to watch movies and play ping pong. Spa area is the main attraction of the hotel. It is absolutely stunning and in 100% spotless condition. it had 4 stunning saunas and a pool both inside and outside. Staff were newly recruited, very friendly but didn't know too much about the local hikes, or the wine offering etc. They'll learn. Breakfast is very comprehensive, but has absolutely nothing for vegans. All in all, worth every penny.

We enjoyed every moment of our stay. The hotel is modern and clean, the stuff is friendly and polite, and the breakfast was tasty. Pool & SPA are ensuring good relaxation, although a +1~2°C in the pool would make it even better. Only one thing that is a little bit exaggerated = parking fee.
