Chambre qui demande un peu rafraîchissement

Nous avons adoré, l’emplacement, sur une jolie plage avec une vue incroyable. Le calme, loin de la foule. Le bungalow sur la plage est parfait !! Par contre le personnel est tout juste correct mais loin d’être aimable, avenant, souriant et sympathique, c’est vraiment dommage…

Super endroit. Tres agréable. Au grand calme. Le petit dej est très bien achalandé. (La baguette etait neanmoins rassis) ils font les omelettes a la demande c est top et la vue est simplement incroyable. Mais le personnel ressemble au européen plutôt qu au thai que nous avions eu auparavant ce sera notre petit bémol la chambre etait grande et agréable.

Joli hôtel rénové, bungalow vue mer vraiment très sympa et agréable. Juste un peu loin de tout….. excellent petit déjeuner et prestations du restaurant très correct. Les prix pratiqués sont très abordables. Un petit bémol les serviettes de toilettes et de plage sont trop anciennes . Elles mériteraient d’être renouvelées En bref un bon moment paisible et agréable dans ce joli coin de paradis …..

I mistakenly booked the wrong dates, so when I arrived at the hotel to check in, it was actually the day we were schedules to check out, so the hotel didn't have a room for us. (This of course was my mistake). The hotel was fully booked for the entire month so we ended up having to go elsewhere. Thankfully our driver who picked us up from the airport stayed with us and took us to a nearby hotel and ensured we had a room for the night. Tup Kaek Resort wasn't helpful at all, and actually seemed a little annoyed. I reached out to Expedia customer service to see if there was any way I could get a refund or credit to my account, acknowledging that it was my mistake but hoping maybe we could get even a partial refund to offset the extra cost. Apparently the Hotel marks the stay as "completed" even if the guest never checks in. I obviously had no idea I had booked the incorrect dates until we showed up there, but it would have been nice to get a courtesy call from the hotel to inquire as to why we had not checked in. Because the hotel marked the booking as completed, expedia is unable to offer any refund or credit and the hotel is unwilling to offer anything. Of all the places we have stayed in SE asia, everyone has been SO lovely and accommodating but unfortunately I didn't feel this resort was friendly at all.
