Only issue I have was with the fitness center. Really think there should be restrictions on allowing young children in the fitness center. I went to work out and at least 5 kids under the age of 10 were all over the equipment Running on treadmills in socks - very dangerous and putting the hotel at a serious liability. Other than that , very nice stay

Pros: First, Linda's breakfast was OUTSTANDING (breakfast was noticeably better when she was there). Really top notch Biscuits & Gravy and the Scrambled eggs were terrific (real eggs, cooked fresh- much better than the average few breakfast we've had at other hotels. Very friendly, helpful staff. Beds were fine (6.5/10). Not the most comfortable, but they were comfortable enough not to interfere with our sleep. More comfortable than we expected for the affordable price point. Cons: We had a few general complaints. 1. While the room was generally clean, areas like the top of the headboards and the shelves beneath the bathroom sink were covered in a thick layer of dust. 2. The door stop/door knob stop in the room was not properly mounted in the wall, so it was just hanging there, half in, half out of the wall. It fell out exposing a pretty significant hole in the wall. 3. The ceiling in the bathroom was speckled with mildew. This wasn't a significant quantity of mildew, but it was enough that even my 8 year old noticed and commented about it. 4. Finally, and maybe most significant, the indoor pool lift was not functioning which prevented our wheelchair- bound colleague from using the pool. We addressed this with the front desk, who informed us that the lift merely required a new "battery pack." The front desk person was very friendly and promised to address our issue, but after 2 hours at the pool, it was clear that our disabled friend was forgotten or abandoned.

The room was adequate; no bugs to be found. It did have a stale odor but appeared clean. The towels were abundant which was good for the three of us. The room heater did not work; I reported it to the front desk and she was taking care of it immediately. I was extremely disappointed that the pool was not heated. Using the term “all season” pool, I assumed the water would not be freezing cold. I specifically booked this hotel so we could have something fun to do and be off cellphones on our way through. My children were shaking cold and disappointed. The staff is great!!

Good stay, staff was very nice. One thing I would change is the curtains weren't made to close all the way, kind of important when there are lights on outside. We didn't have time for the pool, but it was available, and looked well taken care of.

When we arrived we noticed that the parking lot was virtually empty- when we went to check in, was disappointed that the hotel was going to charge us an additional $25 for an early check in. I realize we were early but when it’s clear you’re going to charge me $25 for a roll that’s available- that poor customer service. Then our elevate was stuck between floors and had to call the desk to get us out.

My stay here was awesome it was so convenient. It was clean the customer service was awesome. It was so relaxing and enjoyable going down to the indoor pool no matter what the weather was. I also enjoyed the jetted tub in my room. It was so quiet it was not congested. I also enjoyed the breakfast

We arrived at 2:00am to check in and were given a handicap accessible room. When we entered the room it felt muggy as if they had just washed the carpet, it smelled bad and it looked like there was infiltration on the walls near the AC unit and there was mold in the bathroom ceiling. The next morning before leaving the hotel we spoke to the front desk agent along with the new owner of the property to inquire about a room change and we were told they would accommodate, however it would take long since the room was dirty. We told them it was fine because we were not going to be back until after 5:00. On the same day at 3:50pm we received a call notifying us that someone else had to check in and they HAD to remove our belongings from the room and left by the front desk. When we arrived at the hotel, around 5:00pm we went to the front desk to speak with the agent I advised her that I am in the hospitality industry and that is unacceptable to remove my belongings without my permission. In a rude and sarcastic manner, she stated: “I am a hotel manager and if you are in the hospitality industry you know check out is at 11:00am.” That’s when I advised her that I was not checking out since I had a reservation until Sunday. We were simply waiting on a room change that we requested earlier. At this time, At this time, she went on to look at our reservation and she stated that the OWNER nor the AM FD agent knew what they were doing. She then provided us with a new room.

The shower had some small issues. Caulking was moldy around tub the wall. The wall was bowing into the tub area. I did not contact the front desk for this. As a consideration the small maintenance issues should have not happened for a $180 a room night.

Property was not well maintained. First room we were given had a terrible moldy stench. But the desk clerk replaced with another similar room on a different floor that was cleaner.

Old and dirty. The hallway smelled like throw up for 3 days

The room was not clean; the bathtub was dirty with stains, and despite informing them, they neither changed my room nor canceled my reservation. While I was there, the housekeeper attempted to clean the bathtub using a strong cleaner, which triggered my asthma .The cleaning should have been done before my arrival not during my stay! I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Room was at a comfortable temperature, clean and well made.

Staff was friendly. Our room was very clean. AC worked great. Cracker Barrel right in front easy walk to dinner.

The area was nice, close to restaurants. The staff was polite. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Water in shower was nice and hot.

The room was stiflingly hot. The handle on the shower pulled off in my hand. The sink and bathtub did not drain. The TV did not work properly. The entire hotel needs a complete overhaul and refurbishing!!

Nice bed. pillows too small- sink slow to drain. check in was slow but there was three sets in line and it was after 6 pm - still near 20 minutes.

The area around our room was noisy - overlooking the lobby. If we stay again, we will ask to avoid that area.

The property was fine. I did not like the very loud fan in the bathroom every time you turned the light on. And the walls were so thin I could hear conversations and the television in the next room

Hotel room was fine, but check in was a problem. Only one staff was working and it took an unreasonable period to handle the guests checking in ahead of us. The staff had to manually enter my credit card information. Maybe the system was having issues. The staff didn’t seem well trained and wasn’t apologetic about the inconvenience. My guess is that it took 15 minutes or so just to get our key.

The staff at this hotel was amazing! All so friendly! We even got upgraded to a suite!

Absolutely disappointed. Was booking a room while on the road. Was looking for a hotel that night somehow the date change on my booking and I did not notice till after booking. Immediately tried changing the date thru the hotels.com and calling the hotel. The night clerk initially told me he would change it and then called back and told me policy did not allow it and it had to got thru hotels.com. Customer service called and was told only a manager could do that and had to wait almost 48 hrs to be told no change and no refund. Horrible customer service.

Check in was easy and painless. The woman at the front desk was amazing, so polite one of the best check in's I ever had.

Ceiling is in bad shape in room 209. Screaming kids across the hall at 2AM on June 12,2025 INCLUDING THE MOTHER. I called the front desk. Took 30 minutes for the guy to come up. I watched him walk by the room (their door was even crakced open) peeled at it and kept walking. I was watching through the peep hole. I opened the door and aksed why he wasnt saying anything and he made up some lame story that he has to put away a spray bottle first. Like what??? I told him it was ridiculous and he better do something now. He knocked on their door reluctantly you can tell he was scare to address the issue. The next night there was a barking dog. The shower floor was greasy. Our phone did not work and they came to replace it. Anytime i needed to contact the front desk i had to use my cell phone to contact them. One of the worst places i have ever stayed especially for $140 per night.

I made a reservation online for a double room. After my 2 hour drive I went to check in just to be told they gave my room away. It was me, my husband, and our 2 boys. We needed that room and was disappointed having to share a room the way we did. They didmt offer up any kind of service to make up for theor mistake. Highly disappointed.

We took a trip to Gibbs Garden and this area is a very convenient place to stay. Lots of restaurants and shopping. Room was nice but breakfast could have been a little better. But overall very pleased
