Hotel in convenient location but quiet. Near restaurants and shopping. Room large and clean. Shower had good water pressure. TV was not working properly but staff addressed it right away. Didnt understand how to use AC/heat. Breakfast usual for most. Pool was closed.

The front desk and the staff were great. The bed felt kinda gritty and there was a big hair ball in the bathroom on the toilet. The pool was cold and cloudy and very unenjoyable. The bed itself was rather uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel when in the Indianapolis area. For the price we paid per night, i dont feel like it was worth it.

We picked this hotel because it offered a pool and free breakfast. It was also very adorable. We found at the pool was broken at arrival, but we were able to use the pool at the hotel across the street. Breakfast was fine. There was candy trash in a drawer in our room, and a pill on the floor of three room our friend were in. A drawer in our room, under the TV, wouldn't stay closed. There were specks of debris in the sheets. The hotel and rooms smelled smokey (legal and illegal smokes). We did know it was a cheap hotel going in, so we weren't upset, but a little disappointed by these things. Our biggest disappointment was the pool.

The room took forever to get ready and there is no bathroom in the lobby. The rooms were very clean but the rest of the property (especially lobby) is not. Dust everywhere. Little to none of the gym equipment worked. Very noisy.

Hotel was in a nice area easily accessible from the Interstate, unfortunately the indoor pool was not available because of a maintenance issue with the heater and circulation pumps. I was really looking forward to a nice swim. I purposely chose this hotel because it had an indoor pool. Room was very nice and clean and spacious.

The room we eventually got: 1) The curtains were in tatters; 2) The outside window pane was shattered; 3) The TV wouldn't work properly; 4) There was a dog barking outside our room; 5) The floors and walls are paper thin. You could hear every step above us; 6) The pool was cloudy - I wouldn't let my daughter go swimming.

When we entered our room the floor wasn't swept. When we pulled back the cover from the bed the sheets were not changed. There were long hairs in the bed. The pool had way to much chemicals in it. Burnt my grand daughters eye. THE ONLY THING THAT WAS GREAT WAS JAYDEN THE FRONT DESK HELP. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND NICE.

We stayed for the Indy 500 weekend and it was for the price and availabilty as there is little availability during that weekend. The hotel was fine since we weren’t in the room, but it seemed as the only thing clean about it was the bed, maybe the sheets. The shower was disgusting and needed a deep cleaning. We would’ve looked else where if we hadn’t already wrapped up the $600 to stay for 2 nights.

I'd give a zero if I could. We checked out the next day and stayed at another hotel for our next night in Indiana. I'll start off with the good points. The front desk staff were very friendly. We checked in at night, I don't recall his name but he was kind and accommodating. The next day, the general manager was there. He too was great and friendly. I almost feel the GM should be working at a much nicer place given his demeanor and professionalism. The whole place is filthy. Our first room we went into, the handle was broken, the room smelled of cigarettes and poop. I requested another room. The other room didn't smell, but it was just as dirty. We checked in late and we needed a place to sleep. I wiped everything down with a soapy washcloth so we could touch counters and light switches. The washcloth was BROWN when I finished. Absolutely disgusting. The floor looked like it had never been touched. Crumbs, hair, dirt. It was disgusting.

The front desk staff was nice. The breakfast had limited options. The room was ok, it wasn’t until leaving that we realized that the mattresses were disgusting and stained underneath. If we would have saw the extent of the stains earlier we definitely would have requested a new room. The cleanliness of this hotel needs to be addressed and improved.

Great location. Big rooms. Comfortable overall. I’d like to note that I stayed here for 2 nights and my room was by the ice machine, which was very loud and used constantly so the noise of the ice machine was ongoing all day and night. People were somewhat loud while getting their ice as well, so I could hear their whole conversation.

The room/suite had plenty of room for the 3 adults, 2 nice double beds as well as a pullout couch. The hotel is older but don’t let that deter you from staying here, breakfast was very standard, waffle makers and various cereals yogurt and bagels and muffins. Sausages and eggs both OK. Only a 5 minute drive to IKEA and TopGolf 15 minutes to Casino

It was newly remodeled. I did not not receive the 2 queen bed room I reserved. The room had one queen bed and a pullout sofa bed. Not comfortable for 4 adults. They said that was not what was booked through Expedia, even though I could show them my reservation through Expedia. Not helpful, did not really care, or try to fix the situation.

The rooms are very large and spacious… Beautiful! Pool area is well-kept and inviting. The staff was excellent and very friendly. The breakfast menu was top notch with is real food… fried eggs, bacon, and a whole breakfast bar. will stay there again!!!

Hotel was nice. Pool was closed, key cards deactivated the day beforw we were scheduled to leave, breakfast was your usual and the lady running breakfast was RUDE!!

It was newly remodeled. I did not not receive the 2 queen bed room I reserved. The room had one queen bed and a pullout sofa bed. Not comfortable for 4 adults. They said that was not what was booked through Expedia, even though I could show them my reservation through Expedia. Not helpful, did not really care, or try to fix the situation.

When we arrived at the hotel after 6 the room was not ready. "They are finishing up mopping floor" but there were people checking in after me who got their room. I had the reservation for some time as we were there for ball tournament. My daughter yelled out the next day while in shower as the faucet shot off & hit her in leg I had to hold it so she could finish showering but I w day the attendant did fix it right away but the rest of us were not able to shower as we needed to get to ball tournament

The room was clean and comfortable. I had to change my reservation a couple of times. Taylor and Michael were very professional and helpful. Sandra checked us in. She was wonderful as well. I really appreciated her friendliness and food recommendations. Her suggestions on where to park were appreciated since we were all women

Hotel in convenient location but quiet. Near restaurants and shopping. Room large and clean. Shower had good water pressure. TV was not working properly but staff addressed it right away. Didnt understand how to use AC/heat. Breakfast usual for most. Pool was closed.

The room/suite had plenty of room for the 3 adults, 2 nice double beds as well as a pullout couch. The hotel is older but don’t let that deter you from staying here, breakfast was very standard, waffle makers and various cereals yogurt and bagels and muffins. Sausages and eggs both OK. Only a 5 minute drive to IKEA and TopGolf 15 minutes to Casino

It took 4 different rooms before we found one I could stay in. The people were very nice and very apologitic, but in the end the rooms had a bit of shabbiness about them. Location for me was perfect and the shower was very nice.

Hotel was in a nice area easily accessible from the Interstate, unfortunately the indoor pool was not available because of a maintenance issue with the heater and circulation pumps. I was really looking forward to a nice swim. I purposely chose this hotel because it had an indoor pool. Room was very nice and clean and spacious.

Remodel of the property very good! AC was extremely noisy and could hear anyone walking above us! Very good service! Breakfast was extremely misleading when we were looking to book! Showed hot breakfast! Obviously not the case!

The manager Ed was very helpful throughout our stay. It was a bummer that the pool was down. The breakfast hours posted are not correct and they told us it was 7-10 but then on Monday it was only 7-9. Otherwise our stay was comfortable and convenient

There is nothing to like. The food service is awful because they did not keeping fill up the hot foods and other stuffs. We wait for at least 20 minutes to get the eggs and sausages. Unfriendly staff. The pool is not clean.

The front desk staff was nice. The breakfast had limited options. The room was ok, it wasn’t until leaving that we realized that the mattresses were disgusting and stained underneath. If we would have saw the extent of the stains earlier we definitely would have requested a new room. The cleanliness of this hotel needs to be addressed and improved.

Spark was an overall great stay for us. My husband is very sensitive to smells (perfume, cleaners, etc) and when we arrived at our room the smell of cleaner was very strong. We went down to inquire about switching to a different room (maybe that one the cleaner got spilt?) and the desk attendant (I wish I had gotten her name) was amazing. Got us another room immediately and when we got up to the second room it was perfect. We have had similar instances at other companies that have not been a pleasant experience. So 10k stars Spark on customer service. We appreciate you and will definitely stay again!!
