Lit confortable, mais équipements un peu viellots. Divan lit très inconfortable pour dormir. Manquait des poignées sur les commodes et bureaux. Propre. Bain-douche très petit. Déjeuner convenable. Emplacement parfait pour ce promener en ville à pied.

Bon hôtel dans l’ensemble. Bonne situation. Les chambres sont spacieuses mais mériteraient une rénovation. Le choix au petit déjeuner est limité.

We stayed here for a visit to the Baltimore Aquarium, and the location was very convenient. 2 bed room suite on a high floor. Our room was huge, which was great when traveling with a toddler and all of our luggage. The bartender was also very nice and friendly, and the hotel provides free toiletries, which was a nice touch. There were a few things that could definitely be improved. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. On Friday night, the bar was not well stocked and had no mixers, fruit, or even soda available to make many basic drinks. We also weren’t told that only the third elevator goes to the 11th floor. That would have been very helpful information when we arrived with a toddler and all of our luggage. Breakfast was okay, but the waffles were soft and mushy. While the hotel is in a great location for visiting the aquarium and other Inner Harbor attractions, we did not feel particularly safe walking around the surrounding area after dark. Overall, the large room, convenient location, friendly bartender, and complimentary toiletries were positives, but better communication, a more comfortable sofa bed, and improvements to the bar and breakfast would have made our stay much better.
