We had an amazing stay at Voco. The hotel was immaculately clean from the lobby, to the hallways and inside the rooms. The rooms were modern and spacious. The bathroom was huge and luxurious. We stay in a lot of hotels and this is of of the best yet.

View from high bay view balcony rooms was lovely. Rooms are small with no luggage rack or robes (2 items I would have expected from a IHG property). Hotel still has a new off-gassing smell. The bed is outstandingly comfortable and the TV a wonderful size, although reception proved a little patchy. The filtered water tap in the hallway was a very welcome addition. Overall, I found Gosford a bit lacking with the best walking path around the water’s edge harassed by the busy traffic and difficulty accessing it.

Our room was extremely well kept and the hair tools were very helpful. The bathroom was pristine and comfortable. The checkout time being 11 am was very helpful as we could enjoy a slow morning before leaving. Only problem we found with staying was the parking was 35$.

This hotel is a cut above in all aspects, the helpful, friendly and professional staff, the great rooms, top location and facilities. The standard of room fittings and furniture is excellent, classy and a bit funky, TV and internet access very straightforward, bottled water provided (in cans, so less plastic and recyclable) lighting easy to work out, great shower and comfy bed. I didn't have breakfast or dine in, so can't comment on that. Can't think of a single fault though, and can't recommend highly enough :)
