Säffle Suites by Svaneholm Hotel

Var veldig vanskelig å finne. Lå i et leilighetskompleks der vi måtte ha kode på 2 dører. Etter mye leting og spørre i nabolaget fant vi tlf og ringte utleier. Da fikk vi hjelp asap. Rent, men vi savnet TV. Byen var vakker. Her må det medbringes shampoo og såpe. Lå en ICA butikk borti gata som stenger 22.00

Stort og romslig. Vanskelig å finne inngangen. Ingen intruks eller kart over hvordan man finner rett leilighet. Bråk på natten fra gata. Og skittent service i skapene. Ok verdi for pengene pga lav pris.

When check-in neared I got a message with entry codes and information that the booked appartement was at an entirely different address than the one in the listing. Got no information about how to get into the appartment, just keypad code for main entrance and the code to a master-lock. When I messaged the host to get more information about how to actually get into the appartment, I got no response. The host does also not have any phone number listed, so messaging through Hotels.com was my only way of communicating with them. When we got to the address, we had to ask random tenants in the building how we could get to the appartment, because we had NO instructions. The whole experience felt really unsafe and shady, so when we found the appartment we turned around and booked another hotel because the whole situation felt really unsafe. Afterwards, while still in my booking period, I tried to reach out to the host to let them know of my bad experience, but was once again met with complete silence from the host. Would not recommend this host for anything except maybe backpackers or work travels. NOT suitable for families, and you might also not get booked into the address you expect based on the listing.

Lägenheten var helt okej. Vore bra om det stod att hotellet är olika lägenheter runt omkring i Säffle. Vi åkte först till adressen i annonsen men såg då meddelandet om en annan adress för lägenheten. Det var inte lätt att hitta den, så vi ringde och fick fin hjälp. Vi fick även byta till ett annat rum som även den var på en tredje adress. Svårt att hitta och svårt att komma in då det visade sig att de bytt låskoden. Receptionisten var väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam hela tiden.
