Room needed some maintenance- carpet was stained, shower floor was stained and dirty, everything just felt worn out. Bed was comfortable but the small square pillows were not. They were the equivalent of a sofa accent pillow. The room was very quiet though and was easily accessible from the event we attended in the banquet hall. The whole place looked like it could use a good vacuuming. The young lady that checked us in needs additional training. She was on the phone and completely ignored us for over 5 minutes. Didn’t say she would be right with us or even acknowledge that we were there. When she finally turned her attention to us, she was standing at a terminal in front of a large pillar - not in front of us. Her voice was so quiet it was hard to hear her. She didn’t welcome us to the hotel and was not friendly at all. We had to ask her where the elevator was and where breakfast would be served. She obviously does not like her job. We would stay again if we are going to an event at the banquet hall at the hotel - otherwise no, there are other choices available that are much better than this.

We were in town for the Iron Maiden concert. Hotel is only a short drive from the venue and easy to get back to. Very lovely hotel, clean room. Huge HUGE bed. I wanted to take the shower home. Located in a very nice area with lots of restaurants nearby. Staff is very friendly.
