Quality Inn & Suites Orland Park - Chicago

Took a pass on breakfast. It wasn't good. The elevator is loud. I'm sure it's safe, but I've never heard an elevator sound like that before. Hotel is dated, but overall seemed clean. The room was fine. The main light was out in the bathroom. I let the front desk know in the morning, and she said they would send a maintenance guy up. I let her know that we were were getting ready for an event and would be leaving in about 1/2 an hour if he could wait. She told me that wasn't a problem. 5-10 minutes later he shows up. I apologized and told him we would need another 15 minutes as my daughter was literally using the bathroom and getting ready. He visibly rolled his eyes, muttered "yeah okay" and off he went. Thankfully, when we returned to the room, the light was fixed. When booking the hotel, I wasn't sure what our schedule was for my daughter's tournament. I needed 3 nights but I needed a night earlier than what I originally booked and would be leaving a day earlier. I asked if they would make the change and they refused. Hotels.com tried for me with no luck. So I had to pay for 4 nights even though I only needed 3. I have worked at a hotel -- it shouldn't have been a big deal for them to work with me but they refused. Just basic customer service. I definitely won't be staying when we go back next year.

Nice size room, good price for a Saturday night. The T.Vs in the room are too small, the air-conditioning wasn't that cold. Over it's a good place for a short stay.

The hotel and rooms were very clean. Great location to restaurants and stores. Just 3 miles from highway. Bed was comfortable and hotel was quiet. Breakfast was ok:pre-made egg patties, sausage, waffles (blueberry & regular), bagels, muffins, toast, yogurt, juice, coffee, hot water.

Perfect

Room was comfortable and close to amenities. It was a great room to stay for a couple of nights.
