The staff were extremely helpful. It's right across the street from the train stop, and a straight shot on the train into the main tourist areas. The neighborhood was my favorite part, though. It was just a lovely and quiet area with some really good food and a great ice cream shop nearby.

We enjoyed our stay in this property. The location is very convenient since the train stop is right across the street. The staff were all very friendly, nice and helpful. Whenever we are visiting Heidelberg we are definitely staying here. Frühstück ist sehr lecker! Highly recommend!!!
