Staff was very helpful, rooms were clean and tidy, nights were mostly quiet except for one night when someone's car alarm went off. The door to the gym is stuck though. If they fix that problem, it'd be perfect.

Check in was hectice. We were first assigned a room that was still being cleaned. The next room we were given was already occupied. The room we finally received was clean. It was nice to have free parking and beakfast. Location was close to the venue we were going to.

Terrible experience. The room was not very clean, the light in the room didn’t work, the fridge barely kept my food even semi cold, the walls are so thin I could hear the people in the room next to me all night long which was extremely disturbing and uncomfortable. When leaving to check out there was people in the parking lot just hanging out making me extremely uncomfortable watching me walk to my car and load my belongings in.

The staff was very attentive when needed extra things, the ROOM was clean and didnt have an odor to it. The bathroom was clean but the shower when you opened the door had a strong smell to it and had hair on the wall from previous occupant. Overall, would come back here to stay next time I’m in the area.

When we checked in, the front desk person was rude and very unfriendly. He acted like we were a bother showing up. The room itself was a little small, but ok. The bed was horrible! The mattress was awful and when we sat down, it sounded like the frame was about to break. Every time we turned over in during the night, the creaking sound woke us up. The sheets were scratchy and the pillows were so small--the size of throw pillows. They did have a decent breakfast, but that didn't make up for the sleepless night.

Pros: The rooms are small but clean, and the customer service was decent. Cons: I had to switch rooms three times because the AC units reeked of musty smells. They could’ve been easily cleaned, but clearly, no one bothered. There was even mold on the grills! By the time I got to my third room, I had to go out and buy Lysol wipes to clean it myself. I even bought air fresheners, but nothing got rid of that disgusting smell. This highly affected my sinuses. A work-around is to turn off the AC unit and suffer with the heat. Oh and power button doesn't turn the unit off, so had to completely unplug it from the wall to stop the torcher of breathing in mold spores! To top it off, the TVs are ancient and don’t support streaming services. And guess what? The HDMI ports are blocked, so I couldn’t even hook up my laptop to stream. Ridiculous!

Upon checkin, we had to wait about five minutes for someone to arrive at reception. Room was okay, small. As soon as we walked in, noticed it was stuffy and that the AC was turned off. We couldn't get it on, so i brought in one of the cleaning staff from the hallway. Somehow the AC unit had gotten unplugged. Beds were very comfy. We liked the fact that the sink was separate from the toilet/shower, so one of us could be in the bathroom and other one uaing aink/ mirror. We had TV noise from the neighbors at midnight. We reported to the front desk several times as well as calling the noisy room directly. I actually think the walls are just so thin that noise leaks thru.

Was surprised at check in w/ an additional $100 deposit that will be removed in 7-10 business days. I give my card for incidentals all the time, but never a deposit. Bed was one of the hardest and loudest I've ever slept on. Room and hotel were clean, and surrounding area was nice, but didnt get a great sleep.

All hotels are getting sooo expensive so at $140.00 I don’t think this place was worth it. I had a queen bed and it kinda took up most of the room. Small. Not much space to put clothes.

Decent motel for a one-night biz trip. Everything was pretty clean save for the remote - wipe those down please!! Bed was pretty comfy too. Wish there were more sound proofing, the slamming doors at 12:30am were not conducive to good sleep. :/

Great hotel for the price near the Tinley Park concert site,nice restaurant near by got to the hotel at 1 check in time is 3 , I asked if there was any chance of us to get a room,he said there are five rooms cleaned and ready to go,but I would have to pay a $30 early fee, don’t think that’s fair the rooms are out there let the people in , I have stayed in hotels and got there early and if there was a room available they checked us in .

Great place for the money. The only downside is they don't have someone at the desk all day, just limited hours. The people complaining about a smell don't understand it's only the lobby and it's the smell of the cleaner Fabuloso.

I was checked in by Dkaur. Even though I had already pre-paid for the room, they didn't receive the payment from the 3rd party, hotels.com, so I had to pay for the room (again) using my credit card. Checked out in the morning. Got home to find that my credit card was charged for again for the room by Sleep Inn. So now my credit card statement shows 3 charges for this room. One from hotels.com and two from Sleep Inn. I hope to get this issue resolved quickly. Other than that, the room was great!

I was able to order out when I needed to get a Halal meal. This hotel is very close to Amphitheater which was good. It would be nice if all of the hotels in that enclave could have a shuttle together to serve the Amphitheater. Also I want to thank the staff for not attaching the deposit twice since I had back to back reservations. I think the man behind the desk on both shifts needs at least one other person to help out and for security reasons! The desk in room 210 needs to be replaced because it’s all banged up and I felt I was in a cheap hotel. The breakfast was great and I wished there was turkey sausage because I don’t eat pork and usually people who don’t eat pork don’t want their eggs in the same space as pork sausage. Cross contamination. Can the hotel release my deposit now that I’m home already. Thank you!

This place is convenient to the Tinley Park Ampitheatre. You can walk 2.2 miles through neighborhoods and get there safely. The room left a lot to be desired. There are many other hotel options in the area. This one was fine and not as expensive. Rooms are small, beds are good. Breakfast was terrible!

The room was good and clean, beds were comfortable. Just a couple of issues… the shower was cold and no matter how much I tried to adjust it, it never got any warmer than room temperature. The hotel overall was set at a high temperature to the point where it was uncomfortably warm most of the time. And the coffee at breakfast both mornings had a lot of grounds in it, even when I was the first one to take coffee the first morning I was there. Staff was very friendly and I think did the best they could.

My room was clean. The continental breakfast was so so... there is a cracker barrel close by and other restaurants that are walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again 👍

Breakfast included eggs sausage waffles and continental offerings. Had a problem with the HVAC system but was fixed during the day. Rooms up to date with extensive desk area. Good choice for our extended stay.

I don’t know where these great ratings came from, but there is major problems. The tip should’ve been when the elevator said only two people can go in it. We had to change three rooms the first room. The toilet seat wasn’t on the toilet and there was no one that could repair it or get a new one sent us to a second room the door to the room would not lock so if we left the room all I’m already had to do is push on the door and they could enter our room then we went to a third room. There was just too much we decided we’re just gonna sleep and get the heck out of there in the morning there were stains all over the walls. The lampshades were gross so you can believe my review or all the other ones that obviously were paid or something. I guess you get what you pay for.
