The staff permitted an early check in using a code on the room keypad. The room was a bit chilly, but warmed up nicely. There were two water bottles left by prior guests, but otherwise the room was tidy and comfortable. The property is being refurbished. I would stay here again. Good value and helpful service!

Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable and lots of pillows to choose from. The room had NO cleaning chemical smells. Candy was so helpful and very friendly.

New owners and they are actively refurbishing the rooms. Our stay was fine, as an older building, there are typically less wall receptacles than you would see in a modern hotel. This was not a issue for us as we typically bring a multi-port power adapter.

I was really impressed with how beautiful the room had been redecorated. It felt very luxurious and elegant. The bed was very comfortable and it was wonderful. The TV didn't bring channels in very clearly, but it was fine. The only problem was that the walls seemed pretty thin, there was a lot of noise from other rooms and outside that disrupted my sleep periodically through the night and in the morning. I am a light sleeper so there's that. This place would be absolutely perfect if you are a deep sleeper and you like the feel of clean and luxury without the price tag! It was very reasonable and quite lovely! And I should also say that the check-in and check out the process was incredibly easy as all I needed to do was find the room and punch in the code! And all of the payments were taken care of via my online booking so I didn't even have to check out! When I had a question I called and the answer was provided promptly.

The staff was amazing I checked in three hours earlier so I was able to enjoy the room the room itself omg so spacious and big I was blown away full kitchen a lil living room very spacious I will be back
