We had cockroaches in our room. They did come spray but it didn’t do any good. Also when you’re at the pool there is no bathroom. You have to take the elevator up to the second floor to use the bathroom.

The resort itself was really good. The pools, the lazy River and access to the beach was amazing. The room however was disgusting. I luckily bought Clorox wipes and had to wipe the whole place down. The sink was clogged. The floors were filthy. I would never rent room 1505 and either should you.

We loved the outdoor area. Lots of areas to enjoy outside with pools. Enjoyed the convenience of the outdoor bar and food area. Did not need to go anywhere in the beach area was absolutely perfect quiet and clean.

On the beach so you have all the pools, hot tubs and lazy river, in addition to being able to walk along the beach. Only bummer is any shops or restaurants are not within walking distance. Otherwise very happy. Hotel restaurant was pricey but great food.

Hotel room was clean, ok. My big complaint was the amenities at this facility. You could not use due to maintenance. Out of both facilities, North and South towers you couldn't use either pools or hot tubs. This would have been nice know before allowing customers to book with facilities. I was very disappointed and would have booked with another Hotel if I would have known these amenities would not be available

Always smelled like cat pee on the 16th floor. There was water damage on the floor by the door. Black mold by the ac vent and on the ceilings. The area was good for my family but the rooms and over all hotel was not a hit.

I loved the property amenities and that I had access to the beach. The vending machine was perfect for a late night snack and drink. I hate that one machine ran out of water and you couldn’t retrieve your money afterwards. So I had to make another selection. I did not like finding a roach crawling around in my room. That made me uncomfortable the rest of my stay for one night. I was hoping none were going to be carried out in my personal belongings. Staff were friendly and accommodating which I loved.

The staff were friendly ; pool areas were useable and fun ! One of the tubs were dirty, wasn’t clean . Ring around the tub. Counter tops were half cleaned. Floors needed sweeping.im thinking it was an older room. One king room other room had double beds . I wouldn’t recommend or I should say I wouldnt book again

The property is old and dated. Definitely needs a good thorough cleaning inside the units, needs good paiint job and needs to get rid of musty smell!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My vacation was great, perfect weather. My room was very accommodating, clean and perfect for the 2 of us.The price of the stay was very reasonable, and Sea Watch is first class resort. After reading the condition memo I'm somewhat perplexed at the cleaning cost, after following your directions to exit we left the unit in the same condition as when we found it. no cleaning necessary. I expect a full return of my $200 with no cleaning needed. in all it was a 5-star vacation. TYVM.

Positives- The view from this unit is great, photos don't do it justice! Kitchen was well equipped with dishes and pots/pans for use during the stay. Extra pillows and blankets were provided if needed which was nice. Easy location close to parking deck! Downsides- Beds were extremely hard and not comfortable. Cleanliness of unit when we arrived was moderate- lots of hair in the shower on the walls before we used it, some dishes were dirty in the cabinet, floors had dead bugs and sand on them like they hadn't been swept. There was conflicting information provided in the stay information given once we booked it versus the unit listing. Overall nice stay, would recommend for couples or two adults with 1-2 younger kids as the unit is small but it worked for us just as a couple.

The bathrooms were very small. I did not like the clean tower retrieval from the front desk. Also, the front desk was very rude about the pool towels waiver. The front desk claimed I signed the waiver, when he showed me the paperwork...I showed him that I did not sign the waiver for the pool towels. The pool area was very noisy at night. The cleaners were very loud on 2 nights in a room with slamming their doors while cleaning the room next to us.

Room was clean with every appliance and utensils needed. Facilities were fantastic. Great view. Customer service was outstanding. Only drawback was we couldn't make a payment online , we had to pay over the phone. Didn't detract from a very nice vacation.

First at check in your attendant just looked at us until I said here to check in. Get to our room and 78 with hear on. 75 outside. Turn the heat off then turn air on after we unloaded everything went to walk on beach come back hot room and no air. Went down to desk and told him. He repeatedly call maintenance but no answer. I told him we where going to go out to eat be back came back go up still hot not working. Go back downstairs and he calls maintenance again. Maintenance shows up said can’t fix it but could bring you fans. I said I paid and should have to stay in a hot room. They move us we load and go to that room and it had not been cleaned. So go back downstairs and tell him that. So he said put u in 508 and I said really like higher. So he found one and it was nice. Next morning awaken by maid. She said room supposed to be vacant and she was going to touch it up. So leaving for lunch stop and told the desk and he never moved us to the correct unit. To much hassle. He did comp us one morning breakfast. Which wasn’t hitting on much with cold food. But the facility it self was nice and the bar at the pool great and awesome service. Mark at the front desk made our experience delightful! For a quick getaway, it was fine! Nice views, great location, very fair price. Off season it was quiet but I imagine it’s crazy in season as the resort is huge. Great amenities but wouldn’t be restful per se in season. BUT for a quick overnight getaway, the price was right, staff were so kind, it was fine.

We have visisted this property on and off since 2014. This was our first vrbo stay. The space was a little smaller than expected for 4 people but we made it work. The property was clean and well prepared for our arrival. We enjoyed the various pool and hot tub options. Although the resort is tucked away, there are various shopping locations and eateries very close by. Lots for adults and kids to do. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back.

We have visisted this property on and off since 2014. This was our first vrbo stay. The space was a little smaller than expected for 4 people but we made it work. The property was clean and well prepared for our arrival. We enjoyed the various pool and hot tub options. Although the resort is tucked away, there are various shopping locations and eateries very close by. Lots for adults and kids to do. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back.

I just stayed one night while attending the TESOL conference hosted at the Hilton nearby. It was a 5 minute walk from the hotel to the conference venue. I was on the 16th floor, so I had a great view of the beach from the balcony and also the passageway to the room.

I had the ocean view, north tower, nice walk in the morning from one end of the beach to the next. Great view to watch the sunrise. Lots of place within 7 to 15 minutes drive. To shop and eat at. The pools are clean.

Mark at the front desk made our experience delightful! For a quick getaway, it was fine! Nice views, great location, very fair price. Off season it was quiet but I imagine it’s crazy in season as the resort is huge. Great amenities but wouldn’t be restful per se in season. BUT for a quick overnight getaway, the price was right, staff were so kind, it was fine.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! It was very clean, location was excellent and away from the traffic and riff raff that’s closer to the Boardwalk. Was located right on the beach and very close to the Apache Pier. Would highly recommend!

one strike against it was not having any food available to guests in the lobby (at least the north tower). If you want to go to a restaurant, prepare to uber or walk one mile. On the plus side, the view was amazing.

First at check in your attendant just looked at us until I said here to check in. Get to our room and 78 with hear on. 75 outside. Turn the heat off then turn air on after we unloaded everything went to walk on beach come back hot room and no air. Went down to desk and told him. He repeatedly call maintenance but no answer. I told him we where going to go out to eat be back came back go up still hot not working. Go back downstairs and he calls maintenance again. Maintenance shows up said can’t fix it but could bring you fans. I said I paid and should have to stay in a hot room. They move us we load and go to that room and it had not been cleaned. So go back downstairs and tell him that. So he said put u in 508 and I said really like higher. So he found one and it was nice. Next morning awaken by maid. She said room supposed to be vacant and she was going to touch it up. So leaving for lunch stop and told the desk and he never moved us to the correct unit. To much hassle. He did comp us one morning breakfast. Which wasn’t hitting on much with cold food. But the facility it self was nice and the bar at the pool great and awesome service. Just don’t know if we would stay again.

This resort was the best! The restaurant was good, the views were amazing, and the parking and getting to the room was super easy. We didn't have our kids with us, but it was definitely very kid friendly.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Access to the beach and the view you couldn't beat. My only gripes were the breakfast in the restaurant (which you had to pay for)was not really good. Unless you went to get an omlet or a waffle at the waffle station, that was good. The room set up was weird the bathroom is directly in front of the kitchen which seemed odd to me. It was also noisy you could hear everything from the rooms next door. Otherwise it was a good stay.

We loved the outdoor area. Lots of areas to enjoy outside with pools. Enjoyed the convenience of the outdoor bar and food area. Did not need to go anywhere in the beach area was absolutely perfect quiet and clean.

The restort is clean and well laid out. The room had a full kitchen and full size fridge. It's just a short walk through the pool area to the sand. The onsite food is not worth the price though. Breakfast is $20 per person for the food you get for free at other hotels. There are so many great breakfast places just down the street for the same or less with far better quality. The drinks at the bar aren't stellar either. Especially for the price. Either bring your own or drink something from a bottle. We had an amazing time. We loved the resort itself.. BUT our room was gross, less to say. The furniture had large stains, rips, and just smelled awful...like BO. Our bed had a bunch of sand in the foot area as if the sheets weren't changed and I def believe they werent. The island for kitchen was stained and needed a fresh up. We were in the south tower, RM 914 which seems to be the older, less cared for building compared to the north tower. The pools were nice, clean, and well managed. The pool area by south tower seemed to attrack more of the kids, families. They had a DJ at pool at the North Tower which was fun! Staff could use some hospitality work/training for sure.

Late check in, key card wouldn't work to get in room, Room was UNCLEAN, got stuck in elevator twice. Staff was quick and kind and honest. View of ocean was beautiful! Pool and hot tub were nice. Rooms were not stocked, dog food found on the floor, (we did not have a dog) would not recommend staying at the North Tower. Also light switch in kitchen didn’t work properly. VERY outdated!!!
