We loved every moment of our stay! We came for a concert at the Red Rocks and the location was PERFECT. The house was equipped with EVERYTHING! The technology in the house was awesome-steam shower, heated bathroom floors, fireplaces, etc. The owner, Bill, was so accommodating! We highly recommend staying here and we will be back!

The place was very clean and very well appointed. We were able to sit outside on the patio even when it rained because the deck above is sealed up. The views were great and we got to see plenty of nature including a couple of mule deer just laying down and relaxing in the yard. Very tranquil and plenty of common spaces. I would definitely stay here again.

We booked this home for its proximity to The Woodlands Wedding Venue and its ability to accommodate three adult couples. From the beginning communication was great with the owner/manager of the property. They were flexible with check-in time which was simple and convenient. The home is spacious and well appointed. The space is laid out to allow for everyone to hang out comfortably together or to break off into smaller groups for more privacy. This was especially helpful since we were essentially stuck inside because of the rain. The guest house is well stocked with games and books, as well as multiple TVs. The beds/bedding are extremely comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans, etc. There is a large deck with fantastic views across the valley. Unfortunately, we didn't get to hang out there like we wanted due to the unusually rainy weather. That did not, however, stop the friendly wildlife from stopping by. There was a family of deer who came by daily and a fox who made a guest appearance. The home feels very private- like you are out in the woods, but it is actually only a 10 minute drive to Conifer where there are plenty of bars/restaurants and at least 2 grocery stores. I definitely recommend this home if you are looking for something in the area.

We were there with our two adult daughters and their partners. Space and privacy were not an issue. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes and glassware, pots and pans, etc. The beds/bedding were extremely comfy. The location was great- nestled between Morrison and Conifer with plenty of amenities nearby (including The Woodlands Wedding Venue just across the 285). Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t terribly cooperative so we weren’t able to get out hiking or enjoy sitting out on the gorgeous deck. Never fear- the guest house was well equipped with plenty of games and books as well as multiple TVs. I guess I will just have to return and I hope it can be soon!!!

The house was as advertised and then some. It was very clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, comfortable, and well stocked for cooking and playing games. The house was high tech (took us a bit to figure it all out!) Switches, remotes, and a tablet for lights, dimmers, fans, blinds, fireplaces, speakers, TV's, sky lights, and music. Beds were comfortable (some pillows were a bit soft). Beautiful mountain views from the deck. We were visited by deer, fox, and chipmunks. Nice location and near shops, attractions, and restaurants. The hosts were helpful and provided good communication. We hope to be able to visit again.

We had a perfect stay in this beautiful home! Everything is exactly how it looks and the house is SUPER clean and tidy. Perfect for our family of four! Check in was a breeze. It is 12 miles from Red Rocks and an 1.25 to Garden of the Gods. Lots of other hiking trails in the area. We were even visited by some locals in the morning and evening--beautiful deer! Beds are super comfortable. Plenty of towels and a very well appointed kitchen for us to cook in--a grill as well. It is a nice quiet neighborhood.

We truly enjoyed our stay, it was perfect for a family weekend getaway. Enough space, excellent amenities. A wonderful hideaway in the mountains away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The owners were super responsive, courteous, and helpful as a winter storm passed through and he came over and plowed the driveway and shoveled the pathways for us. The attention to details in the house were top notch from heated floors, two fireplaces, steam shower, and everything was super clean and new. We will definitely visit again!
We truly enjoyed our stay, it was perfect for a family weekend getaway. Enough space, excellent amenities. A wonderful hideaway in the mountains away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The house was sparkling clean, the property was gorgeous and all of the different levels and rooms were great. We enjoyed bbqing on the deck, the kids played in the snow and the location was only 17 min to Red Rocks, 25 min to Denver and 45 min to Boulder. The host was awesome and a great communicator. We will definitely stay there again the next time we come to CO.

This home was clean, neat, modern and interesting. Top quality TV, sound system and lighting. Beautiful deck and landscaping. Lots of room to spread out and private nooks and crannies. Super close to Red Rocks where we took in a concert. Also close to shopping, eateries and other parks. Super easy to communicate with owner. Great stay !!

We rented this property to have a home base for our son’s wedding weekend. It was the perfect size for our family and provided plenty of indoor/outdoor space for our grandson. The house is beautifully decorated, very clean and well maintained. It looks just like the photos online. There was only one surprise for us. The online listing indicates AC/Heat, but there is no AC. The weather was pleasant while we were there-mild days and cool nights-so we didn’t need AC for the temperatures. However, it was high pollen season. Yellow pollen coated everything outside which was to be expected but with the windows open it also got inside and we had to wipe table tops and counters a few times a day. But that wouldn’t be a problem at other times of the year. This property was perfectly located for easy access to Littleton and Evergreen where the wedding festivities happened. We loved being in a more relaxed, natural setting when we weren’t doing wedding things. While sitting on the deck during the day we saw deer, chipmunks, birds and even had a bear cross the yard one afternoon. At night we had a beautiful skyline view of Denver and the stars. Overall it was wonderful. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect accommodations…owners thought of everything…very well appointed…there’s no AC and we were there when the weather was in the 90’s….awesome skylights keep the air moving great! Beautiful views Would definitely stay here again. Centrally located so we could spend a day in Boulder and the Flat rocks…. another day touring Pikes Peak and Seven Falls.Thanks for a great trip

This home was clean, neat, modern and interesting. Top quality TV, sound system and lighting. Beautiful deck and landscaping. Lots of room to spread out and private nooks and crannies. Super close to Red Rocks where we took in a concert. Also close to shopping, eateries and other parks. Super easy to communicate with owner. Great stay !!

Saw shows over the weekend at red rocks. Best band in the land, Widespread Panic. Fantastic location. No A/C in July was not an issue. Will be back!

Initially booked to stay close to Red Rocks w friends. Beautiful home lots of space…we had 6 people & added our friend’s daughter for one of the nights after the RR concert. Host is very responsive & helpful. Quiet neighborhood & gorgeous views off the porch. Warning… no AC. It’s fine at night bc it’s cool. Open the windows & they do have fans.

We loved every moment of our stay! We came for a concert at the Red Rocks and the location was PERFECT. The house was equipped with EVERYTHING! The technology in the house was awesome-steam shower, heated bathroom floors, fireplaces, etc. The owner, Bill, was so accommodating! We highly recommend staying here and we will be back!

We booked this home for its proximity to The Woodlands Wedding Venue and its ability to accommodate three adult couples. From the beginning communication was great with the owner/manager of the property. They were flexible with check-in time which was simple and convenient. The home is spacious and well appointed. The space is laid out to allow for everyone to hang out comfortably together or to break off into smaller groups for more privacy. This was especially helpful since we were essentially stuck inside because of the rain. The guest house is well stocked with games and books, as well as multiple TVs. The beds/bedding are extremely comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans, etc. There is a large deck with fantastic views across the valley. Unfortunately, we didn't get to hang out there like we wanted due to the unusually rainy weather. That did not, however, stop the friendly wildlife from stopping by. There was a family of deer who came by daily and a fox who made a guest appearance. The home feels very private- like you are out in the woods, but it is actually only a 10 minute drive to Conifer where there are plenty of bars/restaurants and at least 2 grocery stores. I definitely recommend this home if you are looking for something in the area.

Beautiful mountain home close to Red Rocks. We had supermarkets and great restaurants minutes away. Went to Denver for a ballgame which was about 30-40 minute drive. Bill has a great place and lives next door if you have any questions. Hiking and biking nearby and cute towns of Evergreen and Golden are also close by.

From the beginning, communication with the owner/manager was excellent. The home itself is spacious and beautifully appointed. The pictures don’t even do it justice. We were there with our two adult daughters and their partners. Space and privacy were not an issue. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes and glassware, pots and pans, etc. The beds/bedding were extremely comfy. The location was great- nestled between Morrison and Conifer with plenty of amenities nearby (including The Woodlands Wedding Venue just across the 285). Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t terribly cooperative so we weren’t able to get out hiking or enjoy sitting out on the gorgeous deck. Never fear- the guest house was well equipped with plenty of games and books as well as multiple TVs. I guess I will just have to return and I hope it can be soon!!!

We truly enjoyed our stay, it was perfect for a family weekend getaway. Enough space, excellent amenities. A wonderful hideaway in the mountains away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The owners were super responsive, courteous, and helpful as a winter storm passed through and he came over and plowed the driveway and shoveled the pathways for us. The attention to details in the house were top notch from heated floors, two fireplaces, steam shower, and everything was super clean and new. We will definitely visit again!

Very well equipped home in Morrison. We enjoyed staying here for a few days with family while attending a wedding. Convenient to Denver, Red Rocks and Golden. Overall an excellent stay.

Thank you to a great host! Our family stayed for a few days in October. Great space to enjoy our local family! Close to Denver, Red Rocks but feels private and remote. Marvelous deck with gorgeous sunrises and mule deer visitors. Beds were super comfortable and we appreciated the k-cups as well as the ability to brew our pots of coffee. This home has a nice outdoor area, is well kept; parking for two vehicles was easy. We will be back!

The house was sparkling clean, the property was gorgeous and all of the different levels and rooms were great. We enjoyed bbqing on the deck, the kids played in the snow and the location was only 17 min to Red Rocks, 25 min to Denver and 45 min to Boulder. The host was awesome and a great communicator. We will definitely stay there again the next time we come to CO.

The house was clean and quiet with great views from the decks. Good access to Red Rocks, restaurants, a grocery store and other services. We stayed at the house as a base camp for the Triple Bypass ride starting in Evergreen and were not disappointed. Would highly recommend!

We stayed here for a girls weekend and concert at Red Rocks. The location is excellent and the property is clean and comfortable and very peaceful. Communication with Billy was timely and convenient. Would definitely stay here again!
