We called about parking with a boat, was told not a problem. We had to disconnect from the boat, no true boat parking. My daughter brought her boat. The girl at the desk didn’t understand what I was saying. Only large parking was used by cars no true room for bringing a boat

Breakfast was good and the pool area was nice. The room was nice but the bathroom was a little in need of updating. Rusty sink, dirty door, partially painted walls and runny toilet made it below par. The hallways had wallpaper peeling.

We spent two nights at this property. The whirlpool tub had some black spots on the bottom of the inside of the tub and there was visible mold along the caulk line along the top edge of the tub where it meets the wall. The room was noisy even though we brought a machine to produce white noise, the traffic noise all night was pretty loud.

This property is overall in average condition, in general it was clean, but certain areas could improve, the room was big, not very clean as expected, carpet had several stains on it, it don't feel safe to walk on bare foot, bathroom had wall paint peeling off, bathtub whirlpool has stains on the nozzle like mold, did not feel safe to use, the room has potential but need more attention. The bed was hard like a rock, I like firm mattresses but this one was way too hard on the uncomfortable side. Be aware this hotel is located in front of a very busy highway, the traffic noise is heard no matter which side your room is facing, it's very noise to the point that will affect your sleep, always ask for a room on the back of the building to minimize the traffic noise. Overall, I can't recommend this hotel, I'll definitely look somewhere else next time I'm in town.

The bathtub really needs updating and jets changed or cleaned better. Carpets need cleaning or changed to flooring. Desk and breakfast staff were very nice. Room was cleaned well. Breakfast was very good.

Don’t agree with 8.8 rating for what is a very dated and low-end Hampton Inn. That staff was very friendly, and the common areas were fine — but the room was dingy, dated, and mildewy.

Appreciate that pets are welcome but our room had a strong cleaning chemical smell to it. Even my dog was sneezing. The complimentary breakfast was nice but there were little ants everywhere, even in our room. For the amount of money per night, the beds were not that comfortable.

Internet never worked for us, usually I never have a problem getting online. Also no lotion in the dispenser in the bathroom. The room was different from other Hampton Inns, the closet was behind the drapes. Staff was very friendly.

This is a great hotel. My only complaint is we couldn't watch Fox News Channel in the bedroom. Worked fine in the parlor. A lady came up to see what she could do, but no success. The picture would freeze and then say no signal.

My key stopped working so I went to the desk and ask for another key. They didn’t ask for my id. Didn’t verify my name to the room number, just made me another key. If I were a predator, I could have easily gotten access to someone’s room. Very dangerous practice.

The best part of the stay was the staff. The front desk was beyond accommodating!! Housekeeping was fabulous!! And the sweet, sweet woman working her butt off serving breakfast everyday with a smile!! Just not going to complain about a thing on this one.

Great staff. Very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean when we got there on Thursday and we were out most of the day Friday. When we came back, housekeeping had cleaned our room and restocked everything. Free breakfast each day had a great selection of things and was not the same 2 days in a row.

Staff acted like they were inconvenienced when I came back and my room keys didn’t work. I will ask next time NOT to be at the end of the hall where my room was against the outer door. Every time someone came in or out the door would slam and shake my whole room. Very loud throughout the night.

This is a great location out of the fray but close to everything. The property is in good shape, the staff were friendly and the room was clean. They did put us in the front of the building which faces US 19 so it was a bit noisy at times but overall not bad. Would recommend.

Love Hampton Inn & Suites, always; except tonight our granddaughter got locked in bathroom within first 5 minutes for just over an hour. Was having surgery at 6:30 am next day (we didn’t get in until almost 9:30pm. No maintenance staff person on site, girl from front desk did everything possible to try and fix; she had to break handle off door or call fire department, she chose to break the door. Very apologetic and kind. She will be contacting Expedia as they are reimbursing our night stay. Certainly will continue to stay at Hampton Inn and Suites as we always enjoy staff and properties, and a great night sleep.

No maintenance staff person on site, girl from front desk did everything possible to try and fix; she had to break handle off door or call fire department, she chose to break the door. Very apologetic and kind. She will be contacting Expedia as they are reimbursing our night stay. Certainly will continue to stay at Hampton Inn and Suites as we always enjoy staff and properties, and a great night sleep.

Good hotel - clean and in good condition. Was there for several nights and enjoyed. With a car, it was a very convenient location with easy access to tarpon and Dunedin/clearwater area.

We spent two nights at this property. The whirlpool tub had some black spots on the bottom of the inside of the tub and there was visible mold along the caulk line along the top edge of the tub where it meets the wall. The room was noisy even though we brought a machine to produce white noise, the traffic noise all night was pretty loud.

The Hotel, in general, is very nice and located in a centralized area. One of the odd things about the property is that there is only one entrance to the Hotel and it's a bit weird to try to get into the hotel property from that entrance.

Great location. Within 20 minutes of almost everything in the Tarpon Springs / Dunedin area. Kind staff. One of the best regular hotels in the area. Would recommend.

Nice and clean hotel. Location is on busy and fast US 19 was the only thing i disliked. Other than that, staff was polite and breakfast was food and changed up every day.

We really liked the hotel. Off the main road in Tarpon Springs. Staff was super friendly, and hotel was very clean. Breakfast was okay...as food could have been a little warmer. Only issue was our shower curtain rod was loose, as it made water escape onto the floor.

Great staff. Very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean when we got there on Thursday and we were out most of the day Friday. When we came back, housekeeping had cleaned our room and restocked everything. Free breakfast each day had a great selection of things and was not the same 2 days in a row.

We arrived at the hotel early. The room wasn't ready yet but we checked in anyway. We went out for the rest of the day and just picked up our key at desk when we got back. Jessica, was very friendly. Room was very clean and comfy and very quiet. Breakfast was excellent and the lady working there was so friendly and cheerful. Had eggs, bacon and breakfast potatoes along with waffles, bagels, cereal etc. Check out was so quick and easy. We will stay here again.

King room was nicely updated. Bathroom had a nice layout. Everything was clean. Hotel was in a nice location for our purposes. Breakfast was stocked with warm options, cereal, yogurt, fruit and waffle makers. Plenty of coffee. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was very small, closet was an add on with curtain and no where in the bathroom to place your toiletries. Breakfast was cold and not appetizing at all. This was a $75 a night room definitely not worth $200 a night price.

The only thing I would say negative is that the picture you see with the sun on the water is taken from the park that is across the street. That said this was perfect for a quick staycation for my wife and I (we live about 20-25 minutes south of here). We were celebrating our anniversary and wanted a quiet place to go to after our days plans.

Vi hade förväntad oss att se en sjö invid hotellet med en ett utetak. Det gick inte att ta sig ut till den sjön och den låg på andra sidan Highway. Poolen och hotellet hade hög standard. Bra frukost med våfflor mm.

The hotel was OK. The hotel is dog friendly, the room next to us had dogs that woke up by 6 o’clock in the morning barking continue to bark whether we were coming in and out of the room. We stayed for two days. The people that have the dogs left the next day after our day was great. The only thing I could say is, they should have a thing saying that the place is dog friendly, and there was a dead mouse outside in the parking lot
