Hampton Inn Greenfield

Such a great hotel !!! Staff outstanding, super pet friendly ( no pet policy or extra fee) plenty of parking and so very quiet!! Highly recommended 😁

The hotel was very clean and nice. The pool was kid friendly. Everything was great! Steve at the front desk was amazing and so helpful! The only mild complaint we had was the beds could have been more comfy but they weren’t terrible. Other than that it was perfect!

Staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great! The rooms were a little outdated and there were never towels in the pool area. Very minor things. We had a great stay!

There is ample parking and a nice lobby area. The room was as expected for a Hampton Inn.

The stay here was disappointing. My 2 teenage sons and I were in for an event in Indianapolis. The staff was extremely polite and the breakfast was ok, but everything else was poor or worse during the stay. Our room was not clean. The floor had not been swept and tge floor in the bathroom was “sticky,” which is never good. When we returned to the room for an evening snack and some tv, the tv in our room could be turned on but nothing else. It was on one channel that could not be changed, which was a cable news channel. We called down thinking either something either needed reset or maybe the remote needed batteries. But we couldn’t even use the buttons on the tv itself. They came to the room and tried to reset the remote, which was kind, but it didn’t work and we were told “huh… that’s weird… this is the 2nd room that’s had the same problem today, and I’ve never seen this before. Sorry but there’s nothing else I know to do.” I cannot stress enough that the staff was kind about everything, BUT there’s certain things that should be addressed. The cleanliness issue is a non-starter for me. I could literally “feel” grit on the carpet and could see pebbles, etc., tgat any vacuum should pick up. Also, with no entertainment in room but a single cable news channel, it was also annoying that the pool was “closed and under repair.” Not sure we would have used it anyway, but all that is part of what you pay for in a stay.

Nice place to stay. Right off the interstate for easy access. Hotel looks nice outside and inside. I thought it was a new property but the desk attendant stated they had gone through a magor remodel. Stayed with family and we spent much time downstairs in the sitting area w/a great long table and chairs to be able to mingle with my family. Breakfast buffet was great and always had hot coffee.

Checked in was good nice girl… came back after dinner to swim pool was closed..😡. She said it’s been closed for a month. This means it was closed when we booked it. We booked this hotel because it was a Hilton we paid $50 more for the night than the 3 hotels next door. We don’t get to go anywhere often. The web site stated it had a pool and free breakfast . It did not state pool closed… The breakfast they were out of batter for waffles! Had cold cereal and lumpy oatmeal along with the eggs. It was gross!!! I’ve attached pictures of hairball in closet wallpaper falling down and the shower👎. This was advertised as a Hilton when booked got there it said Hampton by Hilton. This was very disappointing. I understand things happen if the pool was closed for a month it should be stated. That’s what we enjoy most cold outside and a warm indoor pool.

Check in was a breeze & the woman at the front desk was very nice. My kids loved the pool and big breakfast! We went to get some of the lemon water which turned out to be the best lemonade I’ve ever had. Good job whoever makes that. The woman at the desk in the evening was super nice she gave my kids some ice cream sandwiches when we came down to get more lemonade. The breakfast host was amazing and had everything ready at 6AM with a great attitude. Didn’t find anything not clean in our room. Everything was great & we enjoyed our stay.

Clean hotel-up to standards of Hampton Inns

Hands down the worst Hampton we've ever stayed at. First room given to us was not cleaned. Second room was"cleaned" but had ketchup stained comforter. Kids wrestling and yelling in the hallway at 1:30am, adjoining room door wafer thin and screaming kids next door could be heard like they were in your room, floors, elevators and carpets filthy, floors super squeaky, bathroom sink didn't drain, shower curtain didn't even go to the floor so water ran out everywhere. We've had better bargain hotels than this place.

It is a nice and clean hotel

Arrived at the hotel late on a Fri night. Room was ok but the bathroom was disgusting! The toilet had a black ring in it as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The shower had black mold on the shower head hose and the shower head was crusted with soap scum. I’m not sure that bathroom had been cleaned in a long time.

Booked room because it offered a jetted tub. The room was passable. Unfortunately the jets on the tub were so caked with residue we did not turn them on or even use the tub for a bath. Truly disgusting. The sheets appeared clean but rough. Floors need a good cleaning. Expected better from a Hilton chain!

A great 1 night stay. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable.

Chair in room needed cleaning, bed mattress seemed worn out - room that was booked was not room that was assigned!

The mattress was a torture rack and the pillows ridiculous! Attempt at a remodel in bathroom, poor quality. Almost always stay at Hampton, this was definitely not ideal.

The room was as expected. We were on the third floor which remained fairly quiet - especially considering it was a Saturday night stay and the hotel had several teen groups staying there.

Property is slightly dated, really only evident in the bathrooms, mainly the tub. But overall it’s exactly what you expect from a Hampton. We weren’t up early enough for their breakfast so no comments on that. However the breakfast area appears pretty small. Overall it was a good experience.

Beds are very hard and pillows are uncomfortable. We went to the local Walmart and bought pillows. Front desk person was not pleasant to talk with. She didn’t seem to have proper skills for dealing with people. Very snippy. Breakfast was horrible! Better to go somewhere else. This is our last stay at this Hampton Inn.

Our stay was great!! The people at the front desk were super nice, efficient and offered help in anyway possible. Because of them 2 we will be staying here again the next time we come to town.

The gentleman at the front desk was very thoughtfully and accommodating. After a long travel day we were treated with the upmost kindness & respect. Thank you!!

My room smelled like wet dog and there were hairs all over the shower that weren't mine. The staff had poor attitudes anytime they were asked for anything, especially at breakfast.

Heather at the front desk was amazing! We had to call a few times with different questions and she was so helpful and friendly each time. She took off so much stress! Will be back again!

Very nice area.

Gentleman at the front desk was great! Don’t remember his named, just that it started with a B. Welcomed me and my pet warmly. Room was clean and it was nice to have a Chick fil a and a gas station in the same shopping center as hotel. Easy on and off 70 freeway.

Friendly staff, clean, comfortable and a tasty breakfast.

While the accommodations were adequate, the property is starting to look a little worn and in need of some refurbishing, especially the bathroom. Breakfast was Ok, but nothing to get excited about - we had to weigh our options of eating at the hotel or going elsewhere based on the selection of food choices.
