The hotel is elegant and conveniently located almost exactly at a bus stop for the number 1 Wiesbaden bus. Shopping is convenient as there is a Penny Supermarket and a late open Spaeti about a block away. There is an elevator but unfortunately the nice inner hof closes no later than 10 p.m. We were there during exceptionally warm weather in a room facing west that was uncomfortably warm until the sun set. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Tiny room, but had everything you needed. The biggest drawback, was it was impossible to find a parking lot! After 1 hour driving around, i found a spot 1.3 km away!, so if you come by car, STAY AWAY!

Excellent hotel and breakfast buffet! We really enjoyed our stay. Only downfall is that there is no parking. It’s not super close by (public) so if you bring a car, pack light.

Hôtel 4* sans possibilité de faire une tasse de thé dans la chambre sans airco? Hmmm en plus cette hôtel est mal entretenu. Rien de grave mais pas mal de chose qui sont à reprendre. Des portes qui ont besoin de une goutte de huile, bref ….. Nous avions pris le junior suite et hélas ceci est on dessous la cuisine et le personnel sort régulièrement qui cette bruit rentre directement dans la chambre au dessus. Dommage pour la nuit.

Clean and comfortable. Economy rooms basic as you’d expect but still good value. Only issue is housekeeping start before 8am very loudly and the walls are thin so they will wake you up. So don’t expect to sleep later than that!

Das Einzelzimmer im 3. Stock ist sehr klein aber alles drin. Mann sollte jedoch nicht über 1,80 m groß sein oder über 90 Kilo haben. Das hält der Platz im Bad nicht aus.

駅からは徒歩30分くらいですが、繁華街や観光地は近いです。都市のホテルらしく、レセプションの対応はとてもスピーディーでした。部屋は天井が高く、豪華な雰囲気ですが、Wi-Fiも良好な上、機能的なつくりで使いやすかったです。ミニバーのミネラルウォーターが、1本だけ冷蔵庫の中ではなく、机の上に置かれていますが、これも有料のものなので、間違えないように気をつけましょう(笑) チェックインの時は、テキパキとした印象だけでしたが、チェックアウトの際は、笑顔で滞在はどうでしたか？とたずねてくれました。とても快適でした！など会話していると、知っている日本語を話してくれたり、なんだかとても温かい気持ちでホテルをあとにすることができました。

Excellent hotel and breakfast buffet! We really enjoyed our stay. Only downfall is that there is no parking. It’s not super close by (public) so if you bring a car, pack light.

This hotel is a night mare and a rip off. Even if it seems to be better in the pics, KEEP IN MIND ITS A 2 STAR HOTEL AND EXACTLY THAT LEVEL OF FRIENDLINESS, PROFESSIONALISM, CLEANLINESS ETC Those are just a few examples of my stay; 1. €165 FOR EMOTIONAL SUPPORT PET (11days) I have doctors notes, certificate of training, my diagnose + recognition certificate from the government - they said their hotel has their own rules and I can go complain to the city. 2. ROOMS HAVE INSECTS. Spiders, Bugs etc 3. MY INVOICE WAS INCORRECT BY €120 at the check out and the receptionist said he is VERY BUSY, I NEED TO PAY THE INCORRECT INVOICE AND THEN SEND AN EMAIL TO GET REFUND 😱 4. I CANCELLED THE LAST DAYS STAY & RECEPTIONIST WANTED ME TO PAY A CANCELLATION COST (additionally to the room already was prepaid ) 5. There is one guy at the reception , usually afternoons, he is super sweet and very helpful BUT HE IS THE ONLY ONE AT THAT PROPERTY, THE REST ARE MEAN, UNFRIENDLY, UNPROFESSIONAL, TRYING TO RIP YOU OFF ETC I can go on and on about it. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO MAKE THE MISTAKE OF STAYING IN THIS HELL HOUSE.

A charming hotel in the center of all the action. Location was ideal, walking distance from main sights. Clean room, nicely decorated, very friendly staff. Did not have breakfast at the hotel. But the restaurant right across the street offering Bavarian cuisine was superb. I would definitely stay in the hotel again.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Fussläufig sind die Innenstadt, das Kurhaus sowie das Staatstheater leicht zu erreichen. Als Parkmöglichkeit wird das Parkhaus des Kurhauses angegeben. Was schon höherpreisig ausfällt. Das Zimmer war gepflegt und für zwei Personen volkommen ausreichend. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück ausgesprochen schmackhaft.
