Great place to stay, friendly and helpful staff, always on alert. The balcony was so small i don’t know what to do with it. But not really needed anyway. Nice rooftop bar, great food in the restaurant and very friendly waitors. Overall, would visit again. :)

Fabulous hotel. Stylish, modern decor and furnishings throughout, and spotlessly clean. The hotel had an expensive, luxe feel, even though my room was a low-season bargain. The hotel has a restaurant and the meals I had there were very good indeed - much better than other restaurants I tried in the locality. There is also a rooftop bar and a gym. It is centrally located close to lively Khao San Road but just far enough away to ensure a peaceful night's sleep. Another review mentioned noise but this was not my experience - perhaps because I was in a room on the highest floor. I loved it and was sad to leave. Matt and Mickey on the reception desk could not have been more helpful - a big thanks to all.

Nice clean room, and the restaurant on the first floor had really good food. There was a lot of noise at night from music on the rooftop bar (or at least very closeby). Located very close to some good tourist spots.

The staff are very helpful and the restaurant food is excellent. There is no pool. The only place to just hang out are at the restaurant and the rooftop bar which are pricey for drinks.

This is very modern hotel located in the heart of the Khao San district. Dining options and bars are just around the corner, as well as markets and shopping. All staff that I encountered here were incredible - friendly, helpful and professional. The rooms are spacious enough (although not massive) and contain all necessary ammenities. The bed is extremely comfortable too. The hotel also has a rooftop bar and restaurant which has a great atmosphere and extensive menu. The only downside (and my own fault for not realising) is that the hotel does not have a pool which would have been a nice way to relax after a hot day exploring Bangkok. I definitely recommend this hotel.

This place is incredible! So gorgeous and close to everything. Clean. The bedding is so clean, crisp and soft. My only complaint is the bed is too hard for me, though I’m sure most would be ok with it. The shows me could also be a little hotter but it wasn’t a problem. Honestly it’s beautiful, I would recommend to everyone!

El personal excelente! Habitaciones pequeñas. Mi esposa se quedó encerrada en el baño por que su puerta se quedó atorada, la respuesta del hotel fue que no cerráramos la puerta. Todo lo demás excelente. Las almohadas podrían mejorar.

This is a nice place to stay. The hotel is dark themed, the rooms are darkish hence "Ember Hotel". We stayed in a luxury room so i can only speak from that stand point. The room was quiet, clean and the bed was super comfy. Everything needed from coffee to a toothbrush was provided in the room. The hotel is modern and updated with a nice restaurant. The central AC worked well, always felt good coming back to the room after a hot afternoon sight seeing. Shopping, night life and many restaurants 5 minute walk from hotel. Hotel is very quiet considering Khaosan road nightlife is 2 streets away. The staff is excellent, knowledgeable, friendly and will do everything thay can to accommodate your request. Without a doubt I would stay here again.

We really enjoyed this property. My brother and I wanted to be near Khao san road, and this hotel was super close but on a nice quiet street. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was lovely and so was bathroom. Only improvement could be to have a smart TV with Netflix. But overall we loved it.

. Modern rooms and good soundproofing. Our first room was noisy and the bed too soft, but the staff quickly moved us with no hassle. Great for Khaosan Road, but not convenient for the BTS. Didn’t try the hotel food.

Close to a hostel, with party all night. I guess, something you need to expect in that area. And you can also expect propper windows in a hotel - which is around that price in Thailand. Also working Flush and lightning. It was super clean though and had propper beds

The staff were friendly, helpful and courteous at all times. The rooftop bar was a pleasant late evening experience. Although the rooms are on the small side, they are well designed and make best use of the space. For instance, there was room for two suitcases on one platform unlike most other hotels. The location just a block from Khaosan Rd makes it an ideal location to visit multiple attractions near to the old town. The decor is on the dark side however that is an intentional design in line with the original purpose of the building so that can be forgiven.

This hotel was in a perfect location for us, walking distance to khao san road and markets. It’s also very clean and cozy. Gus at reception was very kind and always had a smile on his face especially when helping us check in at 3am.

I had a great experience at this hotel in Bangkok. They kindly allowed me to check in earlier than scheduled, which I really appreciated after a long journey. The staff at the front desk, Asia and Chak, were incredibly friendly and bubbly, making the check-in process very pleasant. They even greeted me in Korean, which was a thoughtful and memorable touch. Overall, the service was warm, professional, and welcoming. Great location, impeccable hotel, Celine at front desk is great and very efficient. The restaurant has amazing food. Rooms even on the smaller side are cozy and great for short stays. Walking distance to great spots.

Ember hotel is a lovely hotel in the area. Very convenient to get to Wat Arun, Grand Palace, Dusit Palace, Khao San road, etc. and also great pick up area for some day tours. Definitely recommend this affordable hotel that provides excellent service. Their breakfast buffet is delicious. Service was impeccable and everyone was so considerate. Really enjoyed the fruit and they heard, and cut up more for us! I must highlight specifically on MICKEY. He helped us book our day tour to Khao Yai National Park. He didn't have to but he helped find a wonderful company with great reviews. With his help, we had no hesitation to book it and went the next day. He also gave recommendations with other tours, availability, pricing. His ability to speak English was so helpful! The staff we experienced were so kind and thoughtful. The area surrounding the hotel can be a bit overwhelming as you enter and exit onto street vendors BUT you get first-hand, great deals! Please support the local folks as they work really hard in very hot temperatures. The food is delicious almost wherever you go from vendor to restaurant to mall. Although parties were going on, we couldn't hear anything. We were on the 5th floor. Highly recommend picking this hotel for your visiting needs. Say hi to Mickey for us! 🙏🇨🇴☺️👋🙏

This is very modern hotel located in the heart of the Khao San district. Dining options and bars are just around the corner, as well as markets and shopping. All staff that I encountered here were incredible - friendly, helpful and professional. The rooms are spacious enough (although not massive) and contain all necessary ammenities. The bed is extremely comfortable too. The hotel also has a rooftop bar and restaurant which has a great atmosphere and extensive menu. The only downside (and my own fault for not realising) is that the hotel does not have a pool which would have been a nice way to relax after a hot day exploring Bangkok. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Awesome location, extremely affordable and a great selection of rooms. Less than a 2-minute walk from Khaosan Road. Great little bar/restaurant inside the hotel as well. I was very pleased with this choice and would stay again for sure!

We really enjoyed this property. My brother and I wanted to be near Khao san road, and this hotel was super close but on a nice quiet street. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was lovely and so was bathroom. Only improvement could be to have a smart TV with Netflix. But overall we loved it.

We loved our stay here. Very conveniently located near Khaosan Road, but far enough away that it is in a quiet area. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and nicely decorated. The staff is so friendly and eager to help if you need. The Wifi worked great. The only negative we could find is that the breakfast options could be improved.

. Modern rooms and good soundproofing. Our first room was noisy and the bed too soft, but the staff quickly moved us with no hassle. Great for Khaosan Road, but not convenient for the BTS. Didn’t try the hotel food.

Great place to stay, friendly and helpful staff, always on alert. The balcony was so small i don’t know what to do with it. But not really needed anyway. Nice rooftop bar, great food in the restaurant and very friendly waitors. Overall, would visit again. :)

Great location, impeccable hotel, Celine at front desk is great and very efficient. The restaurant has amazing food. Rooms even on the smaller side are cozy and great for short stays. Walking distance to great spots.

Fabulous hotel. Stylish, modern decor and furnishings throughout, and spotlessly clean. The hotel had an expensive, luxe feel, even though my room was a low-season bargain. The hotel has a restaurant and the meals I had there were very good indeed - much better than other restaurants I tried in the locality. There is also a rooftop bar and a gym. It is centrally located close to lively Khao San Road but just far enough away to ensure a peaceful night's sleep. Another review mentioned noise but this was not my experience - perhaps because I was in a room on the highest floor. I loved it and was sad to leave. Matt and Mickey on the reception desk could not have been more helpful - a big thanks to all.

Nice clean room, and the restaurant on the first floor had really good food. There was a lot of noise at night from music on the rooftop bar (or at least very closeby). Located very close to some good tourist spots.

The staff are very helpful and the restaurant food is excellent. There is no pool. The only place to just hang out are at the restaurant and the rooftop bar which are pricey for drinks.

Hotel tres agréable comme son personnel. Bien situé, et de bonne qualite ! Un souci d'humidité laisse le sol trempé si on ne laisse pas la clim tourner constamment. Hormi cela, rien a redire !

The hotel was very good overall, with an excellent location and clean, well-maintained facilities. I was happy with my stay and appreciated the convenience of the location. However, unfortunately, I noticed a few cockroaches during my stay, which was disappointing. Please don't misunderstand me—the hotel itself was clean and well maintained, so I'm not sure where they were coming from. I stayed at Gravitique during my trip to Bangkok and had a fantastic experience. The service is truly excellent, and every single member of the staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. They went above and beyond by storing my luggage for five days while I traveled to Koh Kood, since I had another reservation waiting for me when I returned from the island. It was immensely helpful and made my travel logistics so much easier. They also gracefully accommodated a last-minute extension of my stay. The rooms are spotless and fully equipped with everything you might need, and the breakfast is simply delicious. One minor thing to keep in mind is that some street noise can be heard inside if you are a light sleeper. However, this is completely out of the hotel's control, and bringing a pair of earplugs is a small trade-off well worth it for such a great location. Highly recommended!
