Bed bugs

Odeur de clope nauséabonde, plein de trous de clopes dans les draps. La chambre était très sale, la salle de bain était inondée (énorme flaque d’eau de plusieurs centimètres qui recouvrait la quasi totalité de la salle de bain). Par ailleurs, impossible de charger une page avec la wifi.

The room is always clean and the staff is very nice and helpful. I feel welcome and safe.

We got the handicap accessible room because my husband uses a wheelchair. It was very difficult to get into the bathroom, the room was very small. The bathroom was spacious and easy to use for a handicapped person. The room we had had a non-working mini fridge and a broken TV remote. The bed was uncomfortable with a dip in the center. Basically it was better than sleeping in the car. The staff was friendly.

This was our 2nd stay there and we were lucky enough that the staff were able to put us in the same room. Again the staff were amazing and the room was spectacular.
