Spent 2 days there and housekeeping did not service my room at all. Front desk gave us more towels but by the end we had trash piled up and a large mound of wet towels in the bathroom. Ran out of soap which would have been replaced by housekeeping. Trashed piled up in the breakfast area/lobby which was not attended to until the end of breakfast. Elevator had a mystery white substance on the floor multiple times. Just a weird vibe, like people hanging around the hotel like they lived there and were bored being in their rooms.

Upon pulling in to the parking lot, ut looked ran down. When entering the building it had a horrible dirty smell. The lady who checked us in was very nice, but was definitely under the influence of something. She was slurring her words and barely could keep eyes open. Not to mention her bra was hanging out. On our way to the room, again everything was dirty and smelled bad. When entering the room, I noticed how dirty the walls were and when checking for bed bugs I immediately noticed how disgusting the mattresses were. Big brown stains, pretty sure it was blood. I immediately asked for a room change but nothing was available, at that point I asked for a refund do to the unsanitary conditions.

Our stay was lovely. The tv in our suite wouldn't work at first because of dead batteries but the staff was very friendly and helpful at the front desk. The bed was super comfy and loved the soft towels!

Stayed here for one night. Room wasn’t bad, warm when we arrived but a/c cooled it quickly. There were no bugs, but there was minor staining under mattress protector and on the sheets, some scuffs on the walls, & a shower curtain rod that was ready to fall out of the wall were just a few of the things I noticed. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was okay but selection was limited.
