Customer service was poor. The woman who checked me in didnt even look at me while she was speaking to me. There was grey slime in the ice machine. There was no water accessible besides what was in the vending machine, and other than at complimentary breakfast times.

The staff was amazing, front desk went over and beyond to accommodate us, we needed to check in early to attend a wedding . Room was clean , breakfast was available, items were hot and great coffee.

The evening clerk got us checked in but was not very welcoming. Breakfast was not impressive biscuits and gravy and scrambled eggs with usual waffle maker plus normal continental foods. There were signs up that you could not take food to your room, a sign up that said “do not prop door open” and it was propped open, the bathroom on the main floor had a hand written “out of order” sign on it both days we were there, when they mopped the hallway and lobby they did not leave a walking path, hallway smelled like weed, the front door was automatic but the door going into the desk area was manual so it was difficult getting the cart through. Other than that it was ok

The sheets of the room had really bad stains on it when we initially arrived. Blood stains were also on the same sheets. Bathrooms also were not the most clean. The staff was helpful and upgraded us rooms when we complained about the stained sheets and dirty room, however the one they upgraded us to still had its issues.
