Nice hotel. Pool wasn’t open during our stay but the hotel called us prior to our arrival which we appreciated. If in Minot again, we would stay here again.

Everything was pretty above average. It was nice and clean. Beds were OK however stuff look not dusted in a while on the top by the curtains and also the pool was really rundown in my own opinion and the hot tub was not hot and the jets really fell short.

Nice and clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The mattress on pull out couch was the best we’ve had at a hotel. Room was clean. Pool is quite small but water was warm and the children had a great time swimming. Hot tub was actually hot!! Breakfast has something for everyone. Only complaint was the shower water temperature never got above lukewarm. Would recommend staying at this hotel. Definitely better than some we’ve stayed at in Minot

This hotel wasn't the worst hotel I have stayed in but it was definitely not even close to worth the price I paid $258CAD. The place not only needs updating but many repairs. A board in the elevator was loose and looked like it might fall down, the furniture in the room looked second hand as they were in need of repair or stained for example the lamp shade was bent and leaning against the wall, the bench and floor had a lot of staining, the tv was very small with terrible sound and the cable box was hanging from a zip tie behind it. We checked out the pool area but did not swim as it looked very old and worn, and the water in the hot tub was not hot. It wasn't all bad as the room was spacious and it was very clean and its close to lots of shopping and restaurants. I have to say the staff was awesome - super friendly and helpful!

The staff at the holiday inn express are excellent! The room was very clean and in a great location. Having free breakfast was an added bonus, and they have one of the best exercise rooms in Minot. I highly recommend this hotel!

The lounge was not open. We asked for a room by the elevator and she booked us at the very end of the long hallway, was not happy with a broken ankle. Room was spacious and very clean.

What an adorable hotel! Everyone was super friendly and the hotel was nice and CLEAN. I booked a suite and it was perfect for a little getaway ! The hotel is in a convenient location as well. The pool/hot tub area is heated too which is so nice when you get out of the pool! They have a delicious breakfast set up with lots of different options, and of course (great tasting) coffee! We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Thank you guys so much !!!

Check in took a very long time, a lot of people waiting for what usually only takes a few minutes. Pool was dirty, actually had what looked like sand in bottom of pool with other grossness floating in it. Beds were comfortable but air conditioner made funny noises that could keep you awake during the night. Wish we would have chosen a different hotel, not worth the extra money we paid for thinking this place would have been nicer compared to the other hotel prices around, we were very disappointed and that takes a lot considering we are not picky.

Pool was dirty, actually had what looked like sand in bottom of pool with other grossness floating in it. Beds were comfortable but air conditioner made funny noises that could keep you awake during the night. Wish we would have chosen a different hotel, not worth the extra money we paid for thinking this place would have been nicer compared to the other hotel prices around, we were very disappointed and that takes a lot considering we are not picky.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay but did notice hair along the wall in the bathroom, which tells me the cleaning staff was not much interested in doing a thorough job. The continental breakfast was top notch and the coffee excellent. And for the money I paid I thought there should have been more channels on the TV. I would stay there again.

My only complaint would be that there was no Mat or grippers in the shower. My husband and I are in our 70’s and both noticed it was slippery.

I would say for the most part the stay was very good. Bed was comfortable, TV not the greatest but was ok. My wife and I were in Minot for Chemo treatments for her, my shower went fine, but there is no non slip mats in the shower my wife went to get in and fell in the shower, not good cause she wears a port for chemo therapy. Not happy about that at all.

Hotel is very convenient, close to most shopping and dining places. Beds are little smaller for Queen size. Reception area feels like no one works there but they will come once they see you standing in CCTV. Breakfast is very good. Minot water tastes so yuck so Hotel needs to provide alternative or you pack something along. Tea/ Coffee in the hallway is a plus.

This was a very clean, modern, comfortable hotel. Staff was friendly. My only complaint would be the breakfast food that seemed like it had been in the food warmer a bit too long. And breakfast potatoes tastes freezer-burned. Overall, I was happy with my stay and would come again!

Nice and clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The mattress on pull out couch was the best we’ve had at a hotel. Room was clean. Pool is quite small but water was warm and the children had a great time swimming. Hot tub was actually hot!! Breakfast has something for everyone. Only complaint was the shower water temperature never got above lukewarm. Would recommend staying at this hotel. Definitely better than some we’ve stayed at in Minot

Room was great! Only downfall was that they were doing construction at 8 am, but we were up anyways. Breakfast was great and fresh!

What an adorable hotel! Everyone was super friendly and the hotel was nice and CLEAN. I booked a suite and it was perfect for a little getaway ! The hotel is in a convenient location as well. The pool/hot tub area is heated too which is so nice when you get out of the pool! They have a delicious breakfast set up with lots of different options, and of course (great tasting) coffee! We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Thank you guys so much !!!

Great Hotel! They are undergoing a refresh but only have the 1st floor left. Our room was already redone and what a great room! Awesome staff, great breakfast, great location. Will stay here again and again!

This hotel is currently under renovations. The accommodations were good, the room was clean and the breakfast was above average. The street next to the hotel is busy and noisy. When you stay here, ask for a room on the north end, once renovations are done.

The hotel was in a location convenient to everything. The room was freshly updated and the staff was great. The lobby was in the process of being updated along with other areas of the hotel. When the updates are completed the hotel will be even better.

Breakfast was decent and always stocked. The room was clean an beds comfortable it the TV remote didn’t work right, the phone wasn’t working and the hot tub wasn’t working. Apparently they are having renovations but that wasn’t listed where you read about the hotel you really have to read all the fine print. When we tried to call the front desk about the remote we realized the phone was t working. We then went to the front desk to ask about it. We were told “oh maintenance doesn’t work weekends so you will have to deal with it. Just have the remote close to the box when you switch channels”. For reference the box is behind the TV. If it wasn’t for Expedia calling the hotel I doubt our stuff would have been fixed. I wouldn’t stay here again because the staff wanted nothing to do with fixing the situation.
