The room had so much potential. It was laid out well and the kitchenette was really useful. Unfortunately from the time we walked in, there were a lot of maintenance issues. The deadbolt on the door would barely lock, the toilet seat was coming off the first time we used it, and the right door on the closet had the handle falling off. Also the phone by the bed look like the cord had been just ripped out of the wall. I understand you don\'t need two phones in a room, but why not just take one out? Also there was no top sheet on the bed, just a comforter which was not very useful in the heat of summer. Lastly, the drain stopper in the bathtub was broken and so the weight of the water made it close up all the time. You had to prop it open with the broken part to get the tub to drain. I\'m also dismayed that I was required to put an additional $150 down upon check-in for "possible damages" only to find the sad condition of the room when we arrived. When I checked out, I was told I wouldn\'t get my deposit back for 5 to 7 days, which is ridiculous!
