Hotel Sagrada Familia

屋上を10:00-18:30まで解放していますが、サグラダファミリアの上の方しか見えません。でも、サグラダファミリアまで徒歩4分ですから歩いていきましょう。 部屋は清潔で冷蔵庫もあります。歯ブラシとリンスがないので持参しましょう。なお、スーパーマーケットは近くにたくさんあります。

O hotel fica a 1 quadra da Sagrada família. Quarto grande, todo equipado, banheiro e chuveiro excelentes. O hotel possui Locker ( 4,50 euros) e banheiro social. Ideal pra quem quer aproveitar o dia e vai viajar a noite e precisa deixar a mala guardada e se organizar pra viajar.

A few days in Barcelona with my teenager we choose this hotel for location. The room was the perfect size for the two of us. Hotel has a rooftop with a view of the top of the Sagrada. They also have lockers for luggage storage for a fee. There is also a breakfast buffet current special for 8€ which is a great price, normally 15€ which is over priced. There are several places to eat and drink nearby, metro very close.

Clean and quiet. Staff- especially Jose Luis!- was very helpful. Rooftop terrace was very nice.

The room had a strong paint odor. Also, they have no air conditioner and the room was hot. I called reception and they told me that they had no a/c because is winter time. I asked them to at least move me to another room and they said that I needed to wait until next day, although they had rooms available. Finally, at the check out I asked to let my luggage there for a few hours, and they charged me a fee.

3 day break in Barcelona for my wife and myself. Hotel is 30/40 minutes from the airport. Our room was twin bedded but excellent and cleaned daily. Breakfast is average for hotels, but only 8 euros per person for guests. check in/ out fast and easy, and staff are VERY helpful. rooftop terrace has great view of Sagrada Familia-which is a 5 min walk.

Good location very small but ok rooms. The upper deck closes to early we couldn’t go up past 9 pm to see the Sagrada Família all lit up so that was disappointing.

From the positive side, breakfast was great. Hotel vey well located and safe. From the negative side, AC was a nightmare. Thus we had to pay approx. 12 Euros to store luggage for 4 hours after checking out.

Casi todo maravilloso y muy amables, pero es de mal gusto que cobren por el resguardo del equipaje (lo cual especificaron de antemano). Por lo demás estuvo muy bien.

Very bare bones - the property has literally no amenities - one liquid soap in the shower and small bars of hand soap that leave your hands with a sticky film. No bottles of water. There’s a vending machine, the staff didn’t know the prices of the items in it and they weren’t listed. The staff at the desk said it took a 4 euro deposit - turns out it takes a 40 euro deposit - just for a bottle of water - and you have to wait “a day or two” to get it back.

朝の食事はおいしかった。あと、お掃除をしてない日があった。タオル等を依頼したが持ってきてくれず、再度フロントに行っていただいて帰った。

Hotel central, propre, chambre propre mais assez bruyante, même avec les fenêtres fermées, nous entendions tous les bruits de la rue, comme si les fenêtres étaient ouvertes. En plus toutes les 20 Minutes, le moteur de la clim (coupée) se mettait en route pendant quelques secondes. Salle de bain qui commence à rouiller

Hotel location is great. I checked in and my linen had bad spot. They replaced at my request. Shower gel and shampoo is not separate box. It’s just regular hotel with nothing special except great location and just average staff service. For the price hotel isn’t worth

The room was clean, the staff were very responsive, and the storage lockers were very convenient! We would stay here again :)

Me sorprendió la limpieza la ropa de cama había insectos muertos la ducha al pasar agua empeza a salir cosas negras por las juntas, no sé si esa habitación había estado mucho tiempo cerrada sin uso o es un tema de limpieza pero verdaderamente no volvería

The hotel was very nice, in a great location and the staff was very helpful when we needed recommendations for dinner. The only bad thing about the cleanliness was a very large roach crawling in the lobby

Room was very small. Water flowed outside and the whole bathroom floor was flooded. Breakfast was ok for the price. Besides the location, not worth the price.

Little dated but excellent staff members, very friendly and helpful. Very clean and quiet. Overall, very happy with the choice my wife and I made.

Good location but the noise was the main problem. It feels like you live with the people in the next room. You hear the flush and the shower, plus, I was in a room next to the building where works was taking place and I heard the drilling before my alarm clock went off ! From 7am to around 5pm when I came back to the hotel. Very annoying

The AC was not cooling

I stayed at Sagrada Familia Barcelona and was given a room where the air conditioning did not work. The evening receptionist confirmed the issue but said the hotel was fully booked and could not move me that night. His only suggestion was to open the windows, which left the room uncomfortably hot. The next morning, I was moved to a room with working air conditioning. However, when I spoke with the daytime desk manager, she explained that no refund as it is non refundable, or goodwill gesture could be offered. Not even a small courtesy was extended to acknowledge the inconvenience. I reported the matter to Expedia and received partial compensation, but the hotel itself refused to take responsibility. Charging guests for a room that does not meet basic standards of comfort is unacceptable. Sagrada Familia Barcelona failed to deliver a minimum level of service and declined to recognize the impact on my stay. I am not seeking apologies—I am seeking fairness.

Fomos nessa viagem para comemorar nossas Bodas de algodão (2 anos de casados) e ao chegar no hotel fomos colocados em duas camas de solteiro juntadas. Já havíamos dormido assim em outros lugares, mas ali, os lençóis eram todos de solteiro. Eram duas camas separadas mesmo. Achamos que poderia dar certo. Não deu! Durante a noite, eu escrevi a recepção reclamando, porque não sei falar o idioma deles e só responderam após o meio dia, dizendo que teríamos que tirar as malas do quarto às 11h do outro dia e esperar um quarto até as 14h para nos relocarem, se quiséssemos e que mais uma noite teríamos que dormir (ou não dormir) assim. Além disso, o outro dia já seria a véspera do nosso checkout. Foi uma estadia bem curta e perder essas horas em uma viagem curta dessas, seria complemente inviável. A Bernardeta foi super grosseira na sua resposta. Eu então fui pessoalmente na recepção, expliquei a situação e uma outra recepcionista (bem atenciosa), ao explicarmos a situação, pareceu bastante chateada e se empenhou em pedir autorização para a srta. Bernardeta para “ajeitar as camas” como uma cama de casal, trocando as roupas de cama e deixando elas mais firmes e juntas. Foi muito constrangedor. A Bernardeta falava com um tom bastante esnobe e despreocupado que isso estava tudo na reserva e que eu deveria ter ido falar com eles pessoalmente em outro horário. Enfim, não recomendo para uma viagem de casal. Só de passagem, ou a trabalho, é um hotel bem limpo e localizado.

No air conditioning-very warm room!

Walls are papier thin. Do not expect a good night sleep if people in the room next to yours have children, watch TV or just talk amongst themselves. We will not return.

For 200 a night, it was not worth it. Floor was dirty. 2 twin beds, no queens or kings. It was a 10 minute walk to Familia Sagrada, so that was good.

Las habitaciones son demasiado pequeñas y muy incómodas, pedí que me cambiaran porque literal si abría mi maleta en el pico espacio que quedaba no tenía espacio para caminar. Además es la primera vez que en mis reservaciones me dicen que la habitación era solo para una persona, generalmente es habitación doble y tuve que pagar extra, así que cuidado al reservar porque ya tu tarifa se va muy alta.

The rooms are really small compared to what it looks in the actual photos. Other than that it was ok

Our check-in was later than our arrival and they conveniently stored our luggage until our room was ready. Additionally, they offer lockers for storage for check out as well. Staff was very friendly and accommodating to our names and even scheduled taxis for us. Highly recommend.

Hotel is great. A pickpocket stole my phone, and the staff went way above and beyond to help me with this problem

The staff reception was not friendly. On our arrival they promised us to get our room shortly , but they kept us waiting for more than 2.5 hours until the room was ready . Also they charge fees for laguage storage if we wanted to leave. Something that is not that friendly for a family planning to stay for several days. There was an offer on the breakfast, but it looks that the items were reduced in the reduced price breakfast.

I didn’t feel welcome, and the employees were not happy to check me in. They confused my reservation with other person, and tell me like I was wrong. Very unfriendly.

Centrally located, nice location. Front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We were gone most of the day but it was nice to come back to a quiet room with a comfortable bed. Highly recommend!

Un hotel muy cercano a la Sagrada familia, pero de baja calidad. El personal que hace el check in Nada amable. La habitación muy básica. No servía la manguera de la bañera , pero truqueando podía uno bañarse. Cómo la habitación estaba cerca del elevador se oye siempre que sube o baja y en la noche es molesto. No servía la caja fuerte. El desayuno pobre, pero de lo mejor que nos ofreció la estancia. Me arrepiento de haber cambiado de hotel, creí que ataría mejor, pero realmente es un hotel en el que no me volvería a quedar.

Great location for visiting the Sagrada Familia which is 5 minutes walk away. The hop on hop off bus is the same distance behind the Sagrada Familia.

Great little hotel within easy walking distance of the Sagrada Familia, tourist information, and local transport (metro, Hop On/Off Bus, etc.) Rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet. Staff was excellent and very helpful. Lots of dining options within easy walking distance. Hot/buffet breakfast on site for an additional cost. Great stay for a reasonable price.

Convenient location to Sagrada Familia basilica and other shops

Good location. Closest to La Sagrada Familia, good walking distance usually 20-40 minutes from other touristy areas.

Very convenient location with lots of restaurants, necessary shops around for food and medicines. 5 min walk to SAGRADA Familia Church but you must book your tickets on line in advance to visit it!!!

Close to Sagrada Familia Cathedral and places to eat.

Nice quiet room for one night. Within walking distance of Sagrada Familia and parc guel, which was very nice.

Great location, the metro is about 5 minutes away by walk. Tons of restaurants nearby, good coffee spots. 2 mini grocery stores across the street. The breakfast is amazing, very much worth it. Staff is amazing, very helpful and communicative.

Clean room and a lot of choices from their breakfast!

Breakfast was buffet style and the food that was supposed to be hot was cold. Other than that the hotel is clean and centrally located to shops/restaurants. There is even a mini supermarket across the street to get snacks/drinks.

The breakfast served all the same for the six night I stayed and the they don't fill up once the food tray finished

Hotel was very clean, staff was very friendly and location was great. Few suggestions: please change the pillows to larger thicker ones, please include a comforter and have more staff during breakfast hours. This was my second time staying here and there always seems to be things out during breakfast hours.

The room was nice. The customer service was great. The breakfast was delicious and priced just right.
