This was a nice stay for two nights, clean and pet friendly I had my husky dog with me. Only 20 minute walk to the Hyannis ferry was able to leave my car at hotel parking lot for the day and walk on over with my dog to the ferry very easy and convenient!

I will not stay here again! The front desk staff was very rude and not friendly at all. My card was charged before I even checked in even though Expedia gave me the option to pay when I checked in. This had never happened to me before and the reason that was a problem is that I booked 2 rooms and planned on using a different card for the other room. The man who worked front desk didn’t take my concern to matter. Just flat out rude. The hotel’s pool was so freezing that you could barely use it. Usually the cold would not bother my children but it was unbearable. The hotel advertised a hot tub but that was covered by a large chair and not in use. I have stayed in the Cape for the span of my entire life and never have experienced this. Never again!

My family and I were spending a few days on the cape and stayed here. Room was just ok, Wi-Fi was terrible. The beds we not comfortable at all. Stand up shower and a toilet that barely flushed. Pool was very small as well. Not sure we would be staying here again!

We stayed here because it’s one of the few hotel/motels in the area that allow dogs for a reasonable price. You can tell other people are staying there for the same reason. There is a lot of dog poop all over the property. The room itself was clean and that is of course what really matters most.

The room was very dirty with moisture smell, bugs and ants everywhere. AC unit didn't work. Bathroom was dirty. Beddings very old and dirty. We left in the middle of the night and the staff didn't try to help us.

Very Clean. Has to be the best Econo Lodge in Barnstable County, and arguably the best one on Cape Cod. Lots of amenities like you would see at a best western. Definitely 5+ stars Econo Lodge.

The Bathroom was filthy there was hair all over it when I checked in. The man that checked me in was not happy being there. I have stayed in the hotel a bunch of times of the years and this was the worst I have ever seen it. I spoke to a bunch of friends that also stay here and they had the same thing to say about it. So upsetting especially for the price!

we have been staying at this property every year for the last couple years. This trip our room was dirty. dirty towels in our bathroom sewer smell throughout the 3 rooms we had rented, and spiders in the corners. After you shower and put your towel on the floor it turns black from how unclean the floors were. The worst part was the smell.

New decor tried to hide other issues. The tub was painted and the paint was peeling on the inside. When turning in the shower the pipe almost pulled through the wall, no water pressure, no tub stopper. The only thing that was new was the comforter and a mirror. If your in a pinch, it’s ok.

The problems me and my family found on this property was: Shower difficult to open, AC noisy and old, and the people outside smoking to close to the units in my case right on the second floor and sketchy people at night which create nervousness on my family and insecurity on our belongings outside.

There was an issue with other guests. Up very late at night, talking loudly and making a racket at 1:30 in the morning, called the main office no one answered. We complained to the morning desk manager. That night once again the same guests were out in the parking lot which faced all the rooms and once again they were making noise, we decided to call the police so we could sleep. The next morning when we checked out we complained again, and was told the guests had been spoken to. Not happy 2 nights of interupted sleep. Won't be going back, to bad because the rooms were very nice and convenient to what we wanted to do.

Won't be going back, to bad because the rooms were very nice and convenient to what we wanted to do.

Room was OK. Paid for two nights. Left around 9:00AM after first night’s stay. Returned around 2PM. No maid service at all. No clean & dry towels, trash not emptied, and bathroom was not cleaned.

The lady in the office was so kind and helpful. She gave us great suggestions for places to see and great dining experiences. Place was very safe and quiet. Easily walkable to shopping and eating areas from the hotel. Enjoyed our stay

We will never use or recommend this Econo Lodge. The picture used to advertise this property is not o Of this economy lodge. It is of a Day’s Inn, nearby Linens were dirty, tub Matt had grime & mold. When asked for a clean one, the attendant offered one from another room that was worse! Dirty & shabby & poor service!

Upon check in the attendant just chose to put the amount on my credit card while I’m standing there holding cash in my hand. No concern for how much it was or how I wanted to pay. Very annoyed by this. Room was ok and so was location

We were at the property for 4 nights and received absolutely no service whatsoever. On the third day we had to go to the office to ask for clean towels. When we asked for the towels they could not understand why we would want clean towels. Their attitude was absolutely awful. We will never stay at an Econo Lodge again, especially this one.

This was a nice stay for two nights, clean and pet friendly I had my husky dog with me. Only 20 minute walk to the Hyannis ferry was able to leave my car at hotel parking lot for the day and walk on over with my dog to the ferry very easy and convenient!

The lady in the office was so kind and helpful. She gave us great suggestions for places to see and great dining experiences. Place was very safe and quiet. Easily walkable to shopping and eating areas from the hotel. Enjoyed our stay

The room was clean and nicely painted. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked fine. Mini fridge also worked as did the wifi and cable TV. No desk, but that was ok. Property a little old, but for the price and location, all was good.

Snug in between other inn properties on a road full of inns and motels, this choice is ok for a quick place to rest your head while away for the most of the day and night exploring. There is no breakfast but there’s coffee and there might be a fruit or a granola bar available. It’s close driving to main st!

Convenient location from highway . Friendly staff person at reception desk. Clean room, comfortable bed, 4 pillows Asked for first floor room. Appeared to have many available yet were told to be on second floor. Room was missing tub drain closure to run a bath. Lots of parking. Many shops nearby including coffee and breakfast.

Que lugar tan desagradable nunca tomen ese lugar como opción son horribles las personas que están como encargadas son tan desagradables ! pague por noche es un hotel tienen que estar pendientes tuve que llegar a las 2 AM y fueron tan descarados de dejarme por fue con mi perro fue la peor experiencia!! What an unpleasant place, never take that place as an option, they are horrible, the people who are in charge are so unpleasant! pay per night it's a hotel you have to be aware I had to arrive at 2 AM and they were so cheeky to let me go with my dog it was the worst experience !!

The office staff messaged me on here saying if I didn’t pay them for the first night prior to arriving they were going to cancel my reservation. I told them I was on my way with my dog and that I was coming. The man said ok you don’t want to pay I will cancel the reservation. I ended up paying in advance prior to arriving to ensure I’d have my room. He wasn’t very nice. He said it’s busy and if I didn’t pay now he was just gonna cancel bc of how busy it was. Mind you the hotel was not full when I arrived nor was it the entire time I stayed. The man Marvin that checked us in however was amazing and definitely was not who I spoke to on the phone. The room was fine, the tv was awful. Barely any channels and you were unable to login into anything of your own. They don’t tell you until arrival that you will be charged $25 per night for your dog. The pool area was weird.

While we’re thankful for finding a place on Cape Cod in high season, I think it’s fair to say that it wouldn’t hurt for there to be some attempt at upkeep and better customer service. The bed was comfortable, but the bathroom was dirty and very much dated. There was no continental breakfast as advertised, and the front desk was unmanned on two of my visits.
