Excellent qualité prix, chambre propre, proche de Miami, Fort Lauderdale et de Sunny Isles, commerces à moins de 5 minutes en voiture, hôte très réactif, je ne peux que recommander. Le seul petit bémol, quand vous êtes habitués à un lit king size, vous allez vous sentir un peu à l’étrtoit

The location was not a great neighborhood. We heard gun shots and our Lyft driver warrned us not to go out after dark. Because of that warning we did not want to take our chances going to find food so we ended up not eating that night.

The room was clean and the neighborhood felt safe. Overall, I had a good stay. There’s just one thing I want to mention. Even when the room is locked from the inside, it still feels vulnerable because the passcode is shared with the owners. Having an additional lock or code that can be used only from inside the room would make it more secure.

Great stay in this cute efficiency. The area was quiet and convenient. It was super clean and check in was easy. It is furnished and equipped very nicely. The only thing I might mention is that the furnishings are on the petite side, which concerned us at first but we were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful property! Great neighborhood and not too far off 95. Close to beach, shopping and dining. The owners were great people. We had a hiccup with getting the code for entry (not the owners fault) and they came to the rescue fast. I highly recommend this property to everyone! The room was beautiful and the outside area to relax was perfect. Don’t hesitate to stay at this property.
