Novotel Bali Nusa Dua

Nusa Dua is very chilled area, some people say boring, we loved how safe and peaceful it was. Novotel is an older style hotel, heavy Balinese furniture, dark colors. Everything is clean, beautiful gardens but it is an old hotel. I loved the huge pool, surrounded by the apartments/hotel rooms. It is a big hotel however you can let your kids wonder as you know they are safe. The food is nice, massage is perfect. The flora and fauna are just beautiful. The people are always smiling; nothing is too much. No USB charger points and just their local power outlets, but you can get adapters for free from the reception. The money exchange within the hotel was the best we saw. At the back gate (yes, there is two entrances) there are some minimarts and cheap massage places. No restaurants though. The beach club for us was a bit boring, nothing is really there, but an easy 5 minutes' walk or shuttle bus

Great Resort in Nusa Dua. Staff very friendly and helpful. Stayed 8 nights with wife and 3 kids aged 14 12 and 8 in the 3 bedroom 3 bathropm auitw with private pool. Amazing room, abosulutelu huge. The only downside of the resort is the lack of variety in restaurants (only 1) or the menu at the restaurant not changing to create variety.

Had a great stay! The room was very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the amenities made the stay comfortable. Very good for families. Everything was well maintained, and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Positives: The facilities were good and the staff were excellent, particularly the breakfast staff. Negatives: The toilet plumbing and mould smell in our room was terrible from the moment we arrived. The hotel technicians attempted to resolve the issues, however, they were only masking the underlying problems. This made our stay in the room unbearable. It would have been nice to have better/more plant-based options for lunch and dinner, to avoid eating elsewhere. Overall, I'm not sure if I would return to this hotel, unless the standard improved.
